  1. Go to Settings > WAN Setup and you should see it there
  2. Sélectionnez l'option Manuel. Ensuite, vous pouvez filtrer le jeu
  5. No worries at all. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 2 minutes then old the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it works please
  6. Could you provide the logs from the System Information page when you get a disconnect please? You have to get it before doing a reboot otherwise the useful information will be lost.
  7. That will be an authentication server required for online play so you can essentially ignore that
  8. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please when you're seeing this happen?
  9. Could you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please?
  10. Specifically that suggestion is so that you can add the PC to the Geo-Filter with the Games Console service/the manual option as it is a wider filter than selecting a specific game and more likely to work if the service you've picked is out of date for example
  11. Thanks a lot for the suggestion, I'll get it added to the list!
  12. Hey, just to let you know this isn't something we'll be able to officially advise you on but I'm sure others will help
  13. The firmware was uploaded by mistake and therefore having it installed could give you unforeseen issues as it may not have been fully tested, I would recommend downgrading until a solid release is available
  14. Possibly mislocated so try forcing those destinations instead and see if you're able to get them
  15. We still need to add games, it can't know a game if it hasn't come across its data yet for example, the more data we feed it the better it will be. Just as a redundancy make sure to put it here:
  16. If you have a look at Ping Heatmap, does the ping you would have to that server still appear in Texas or is it appearing elsewhere?
  17. Try forcing the UK server and see if you get a better experience
  18. Hey, welcome to the forum! You haven't added your device to the Geo-Filter that you want to filter on, that's why nothing is showing, I'd recommend having a look through our optimal settings guides to help you get setup: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646
  19. Nothing yet I'm afraid, I'll get back to you tomorrow hopefully with some more news
  20. Well in theory it could prioritize them over your gaming yes, so I would suggest just leaving the PlayStation added and remove the rest
  21. Hey Kevin, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, I see you've emailed us as well, unfortunately as above they have taken steps to eliminate Geo-Filtering. We do have a probable solution in the works but this may take quite some time. If you would like to get a refund please email us again and I'll get that sorted for you.
  22. Games Console prioritizes ports 1024-65535, normal traffic occurs on port 80/443 so that's probably why it isn't prioritizing. Is there a specific use case to prioritize these devices as it shouldn't be needed.
  23. Where is it you're located roughly?
  24. The new DPI doesn't necessarily mean every game will be automatically recognized, we still have to train it, the game is on the list to go through it so you don't need to do anything on that front. Just continue what you have been doing for the moment and we'll get it done.
  25. Ah you said previously your laptop wasn't able to connect via ethernet. You should input the highest speeds you're seeing as that is actually what the router is getting. Did you try the previous link for increasing speeds?
