  1. Would still recommend have the modem handling that for the moment
  2. It is us, are those devices directly connected to the router? The Device Manager can be a little sensitive and show devices offline when devices are connected but not actively passing traffic
  3. Never mind, you won't have changed the setting then. You don't need to worry about that packet loss, it's not indicative of your overall connection. Are you using Armor? Have you put a device in the DMZ?
  4. You already have access, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  5. Have you disabled Share Excess on the Upload for Bandwidth Allocation? Is Congestion Control set to Always, Auto or Never?
  6. Yes when set to disabled I assume it would act as a modem. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  7. If both are enabled then port conflicts could occur yes but in reality I've not seen anyone encounter issues. Normal is for ethernet connected devices and Gaming/Voice you can use for WiFi.
  8. So forcing you always need Ping Assist set to 0 and strict mode enabled (it is by default) and then use polygons (don't cover your country) or move your location on the map and adjust the radius to cover the countries you want
  9. Yeah where are you testing upload to determine QoS isn't taking affect?
  10. Your Ping Plotter is actually quite good for when you're running 4k. I would recommend setting Ping Assist to 0 on the Geo-Filter. Where are you testing that upload stays at 100%?
  11. Forget about the Auto Setup, it's something we are still improving upon so it doesn't always give the best results. We generally suggest around 70% for download & upload as a starting point and then adjust it from there depending on your experience to find the value that works best for you. What is the model of the WiFi extender and just to clarify, the XR isn't handling VLAN or PPPoE now?
  12. There isn't really a one size fits all answer, it's generally best to force the servers closest to you so within a sort of 1000km radius but some people like the experience when they force a server slightly further away. As you said we don't support people trying to circumvent SBMM, I don't necessarily believe it works
  13. You said you reset already? Hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface
  14. If you grab the log when it happens next I can see if it's pointing to anything else. Better is subjective, depends what your priorities are software or hardware, we always recommend our router for software or the XR range for hardware.
  15. I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634
  16. Sign up for Early Access here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ then once approved try the firmware there and IPv6 should work better
  17. Can you now disable IPv6 just on the LAN side on the R2, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes then reboot the console, wait a few minutes then check please?
  18. Are you able to access the interface at all? As you would need to complete the Setup Wizard before you can get internet
  19. Se hai abilitato il ping automatico, il ping verrà eseguito automaticamente (se è l'host) oppure puoi fare clic sull'icona sulla mappa per eseguire il ping manualmente.
  20. No there isn't a way to do that
  21. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? Could you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page also please?
  22. Good advice above, first thing to do would be a factory reset in this situation, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface
  23. I would be very surprised if they did an update and removed dedicated servers. Are you using IPv6, VLAN or PPPoE by any chance?
  24. With the manual option the Games Console service is added which is what should be used to filter consoles/console games so use that and you can filter the game. I believe the game only uses dedicated servers so you don't need to worry about telling the difference. We will sort the incorrect classifications/locations in a cloud update when Alex is able to.
