We are testing a new version at the moment, I don't have an ETA though.

NEW XR700 BETA FIRMWARE: 3.3.363
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
From what I can tell, we told them it's ready/available but I don't know if they'll be testing it themselves or not. The plan is for them to push it to auto update at some point. -
It must be a setting that's changed after then, if you literally don't change any settings for a few days can you still connect easily?

No need to signup, it can be found here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/

You have access, you can download it from the first post in this topic -
That's the number of individual ping commands it's doing but does it actually give a time for the ping at all, I don't need a mass of data, just a few entries will do for a screenshot. If it gives some ping data then it should be in theory accessible.

Sorry, did it get a ping response from 192.168.1.1?

Try these ports: TCP: 1935, 3478-3480; UDP: 3074, 3478-3479 The IP changing wouldn't make the router crash, other devices wouldn't have an internet connection if that happened
-
Can you still get in everytime and shown connecting to Europe with these steps?
-
Does it connect you to NA through your modem?

Internet overall seems worse while using duma.
Netduma Fraser replied to HoodedMenace's topic in Netduma R2 Support
I would yes, utilizing the favorites system to prioritize the game specifically should help as well as using Congestion Control -
Use a local site instead of the DNS as you may not have great routing to them
-
Interesting, as your account isn't banned you're likely getting an IP ban, so potentially it could be related, when you get the problem, unplug your modem from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes then try
-
What intervals were you doing, 10%?
-
Do this: while following that guide and saturating your connection with downloads/streams. Just worry about the bottom graph, when that looks as much like what it does without the saturation then those are the values you should use.

There was also mentions of restoring licenses: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/games/restore-licences-playstation/ and rebuilding the database in Safe Mode: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/hardware/safe-mode-playstation/

I've been having a look online, it does seem to be a common issue so here are suggestions for you. Disable the protection options in WAN Settings, then check please. "1. Log into your EA Account at EA.com 2. Go to Account Settings -> Security 3. DISABLE "Login Verification" and save changes 4. On your console, close NHL 23 and reboot the game 5. Attempt to connect to the EA servers" If your console account is linked to a deleted EA account, unlink the accounts and link my current account. Open ports for the game and give your PS a static/reserved IP on the router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN Settings on the router and on your modem if applicable.
