  1. Well done on getting it sorted @jodafi and thanks for providing the solution!
  2. It doesn't appear you've persisted in troubleshooting with us, I would recommend doing that, could you provide a screenshot of a completed Connection Benchmark test as well as your QoS page please? We cannot offer support for installing a different operating system.
  3. Try a different wireless device, do you get the expected speeds then? How about with an ethernet connected device, do you get expected speeds?
  4. The 3.3 update isn't far now and then it'll be more in line with the other routers
  5. Do you mean does Connection Benchmark reflect the Congestion Control percentages on QoS? No it shouldn't reflect that.
  6. Elimine la DMZ en el R2 y luego pruebe las velocidades, por favor.
  7. As above, manually enter the speeds you expect/pay for and you'll be good, you can ignore any lower speed tests then as long as you're getting expected speeds on speedtest.net for example.
  8. As in it only filters games with crossplay enabled?
  9. What is the WAN IP shown on the System Information page? Could you provide a screenshot of the ISP modem DMZ section when it says it doesn't recognize it please?
  10. Hello, that's not a double NAT, it's going through the XR, then through the modem, as long as you have the bridge mode enabled you're all good, you'll have an Open NAT.
  11. It does have Wireguard support, make sure you're on the latest firmware
  12. Ah that's annoying, Fortnite does the same, I'm not sure if it will apply here but this is what we suggest in that case, disable filtering mode but still use it to find out what server you're on, if it's too far away then you could quit and re-search until you find the server you want. This could be quicker than letting the game kick you.
  13. ¿Ha creado una regla de controlador de tráfico para permitir todo el tráfico o ha colocado el dispositivo en la DMZ? Si es así será por eso.
  14. So two things I could imagine happening here: "The lobby counts down and goes to the loading screen - but I never get put into the match, just stuck on the infinite loading screen which you see just before you land in the lobby." - In relation to this, it could be there is a server getting blocked on the map when this happens, it could be an authentication server for example that needs to be allowed. Add it to the allow list and then see if the game server appears within your radius. The other thing that could be happening is they have some system that blocks people from outside the US connecting to the servers, hence why it works with a VPN as it appears you're in the US. First try the steps I mentioned in the other topic: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. If not check for the blocked server I mentioned to allow it.
  15. No tenemos ninguna relación con Armor, por lo que deberá comunicarse con Netgear al respecto.
  16. I just wanted to see if it had upgraded and just not reflected on the interface, I'll speak to the team and see what may be happening.
  17. Keep Auto Ping Host on but if it's not pinging in an instance where it's not sure what to ping between the server handling friends and the main game server just disable and ping manually. You're very welcome, you can bring it up here that's fine.
  18. Brilliant! If Filtering isn't on it's not going to be doing anything for you other than allowing you to see connections so definitely would suggest keeping it enabled if you're playing solo. You don't have to disable it if you're adding a friend - they may get blocked at first but you can add them to the allow list, add again and they'll be in - would be quicker than disabling then waiting. You're playing BF so as we've seen looks like they use servers to connect friends together so that wouldn't apply, you also mentioned I think about potentially you being kicked if filtering was on, so really the best thing to do is to see how each game works their matchmaking and go from there. What BF does isn't common though so usually it's just, add a friend, be the party leader and keep filtering on.
  19. Okay strange, could you try manually upgrading now and see if you get the same issue?
  20. You may not be able to achieve higher, you may have hit the limit but if you put your PC in the R2 DMZ then test what do you get? Take it out of the DMZ after the test.
  21. Clear your browser cache/cookies then refresh the interface please, does the version number then update?
  22. Ah, it's likely Adblocker is blocking it, if you disable that, does it then allow you to access/speed up? If so you could leave it disabled or add sites to the whitelist so it doesn't happen again.
  23. Did you re-enable filtering after disabling it? It's best not to disable when you're on the game but if you have to then re-enable the filter then wait 2 minutes before searching
  24. The Ireland example was for CoD, looks like it's elsewhere for BF. Looks like actually that you don't need to add your friends to your allow list, it appears to use a server for that type of connection instead. Auto Ping may be getting confused as there are the two servers being connected to. Uncheck Auto Ping and click the biggest server icon to ping.
  25. The WAN IP is what you want yes, in the DMZ section on the Vodafone, can't tell if that's the correct section or not - it's usually in Security or Firewall settings or maybe LAN/WAN.
