That amount of jitter is really imperceptible so that's fine. Try Gaming instead as a favorite and see if that improves your performance at all. How much have you changed the sliders by?

Did you perform a factory reset after installing the update? Could you grab the log when it next happens please?

Ping Heatmap shows servers for the game as a whole, not specific playlists. DNS won't change anything, it will just take longer for you to get a game unfortunately.

Yes that is fine, as the router interface is only available on your local network and is not accessible from the internet it is safe.

You can ignore the packet loss in the top section, as long as the bottom graph doesn't have any red bars you won't be getting packet loss.

Disable 2.4GHz on the router, apply, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable 2.4GHz, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if you're able to connect.

Ping Under Load at that rating would indicate that QoS needs to be fine tuned some more. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.

I believe it's planned for DumaOS 4.0 so it'll be a bit of time before that's available

It doesn't open ports, it's just for prioritizing the game but if you can get us a capture of the traffic by following this guide we can get it added much easier: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51505-adding-new-games-and-applications-to-dumaos/ Otherwise you can use the Games Console option in the meantime and that will prioritize the game.

It's certainly not common place at the moment to have connections that fast, for example in the UK where we are based we're only just starting to see connections above 1Gbps but not above 2Gbps. This would all significantly increase the price of the router and we like to keep it at an affordable level so that a lot of people can experience DumaOS. We're certainly not opposed to it and maybe we'll have a higher spec and lower spec router in the future but we are a software company so things like this will take time.

Add it as a device and select Games Console on Traffic Prioritization. There is no shortcut there you'd need to make multiple rules to cover them all, you can collate some such as TCP 6112-6119 and UDP 6112-6119 as 1 TCP/UDP rule for example.

Set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.77.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 DNS: 192.168.77.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works using port 2.

Games Console would work for PC, for source you'd leave it at the default, if you have one port you put it in start and end, if you have a range you put the first number as the start and second as the end. Where are you measuring the packet loss exactly?
