  1. If it's the R2 that the devices are getting an IP from then it shouldn't cause a NAT issue. Make sure the WAN IP of the R2 (found on the System Information page) is in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router (if applicable) and you should be good
  2. Ah okay good to know, it's Deep Packet Inspection, inspects packets so it can prioritize them rather than just prioritizing everything going through a specific port so for example if you were playing a game on a PC but there were other programs using the same ports as the game, only the game traffic would be prioritized.
  4. Not a bother at all! Geo-Filtering should work just fine with that setup, QoS may not work as well if not all devices are connected to it but with your speeds that's less of a problem. Put the R2 WAN IP (found on the System Information page) into the DMZ on the router the R2 is connected to and you'll be good to go.
  5. Disable the DPI as well in the same menu you disable QoS and see if it then works please
  6. This is something we actually do have plans for in the future!
  7. Depending on who you ask you may get a different answer but 1% I would consider acceptable, 2% it's getting to a point where it would probably affect your gaming. As you've got a new ISP though they usually tell you that it'll take a few weeks to 'settle' and during that time you could see some instability and speed loss so I'd suggest keeping an eye on it for a few weeks to make sure it doesn't get any worse and if after that time it hasn't resolved itself I would recommend contacting the ISP to take a look.
  8. Did you disable it fully from the Congestion Control menu ?
  9. Disable QoS/Adblocker and see if that then allows it to work
  10. As I mentioned: Outside of that we're unable to support with circumventing SBMM.
  11. A VPN you connect to specific servers in different countries, from there you will connect to a game server, you're adding additional latency. Geo-Filter blocks game servers outside your restrictions so you connect direct to the server and you basically pick the servers you want to play on.
  12. No it's not the same. You could add the laptop to the Geo-Filter as a console and it would probably allow you to Geo-Filter. Outside of that we're unable to support with circumventing SBMM.
  13. Esta es la única versión para la que tenemos un enlace anterior a DumaOS. https://www.dropbox.com/s/701ezvt4qmezdgu/R1-v-1-03-6j.sig?dl=0
  14. Glad to hear it's working now, nothing different than it would be doing normally
  15. Okay no worries, I'll pass it on to the team
  16. Access using 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1 instead and see if you get that same message. Sounds like a modem issue, if you get internet on the router then you can ignore it
  17. Should be this year as far as I am aware
  18. Could you clarify the question? The R2 is the router we make that has DumaOS.
  19. Aqui: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35821-new-r1-firmware-30207/
  20. There is no specific router that would work best for the game, they would all function the same. If you want the R2 then we're currently out of stock, you can sign up here to be notified when it's in stock: https://forms.gle/bEWFnRyeLYfVMx8cA
  21. Right now we're focused on building out the feature so we don't have any timelines for bringing it to the XR series
  22. You would access it in the same way with its IP - it should be printed on the bottom of the ISP modem/router. The R2 is the router you're currently seeking support for, the DumaOS router
  23. Okay, copy the WAN IP from the System Information page and enter that in your ISP modem/router DMZ (if you're not using modem/bridge mode), disable IPv6 on the ISP modem/router (if applicable) and from the R2 in LAN/WAN, enable remote support in WAN then post back here with a device connected to the R2 and we can try forcing an upgrade through remotely on Monday.
