  2. What is the error you're getting exactly?
  3. Your ping to Google servers don't matter though, it matters where the game servers are located in relation to you, what ping do you get in game/on the Geo-Filter?

  5. Direct to the modem does it still happen? After a factory reset what settings have you changed exactly?

  7. Not all the routers have the same version of DumaOS but all have the Geo-Filter. Yes it's the cheapest it's ever been currently, and you get our 1 year warranty and continued support from us. No new routers outside the XR range have DumaOS.

  14. You've put it into AP mode, you need to switch it back to router mode to have the features
  15. I think it's the Prioritization aspect, Geo-Filter and Ping Optimiser currently. So basically the main features that are going to improve your connection.

  20. There are probably some servers appearing on the map blocked when doing those tests, if you add them to your allow list it should work. If you could get us the IDs of those servers we can then add them to the whitelist as well so it prevents it for everyone.
  21. What are you seeing when trying to access exactly?
  22. Try accessing using 192.168.1.1 instead of routerlogin.net, does that then allow you to access properly?
  23. We don't have any input on their pricing decisions, looking at it from a business perspective, they charge what they charge currently for their service. Adding a whole new aspect to it, that requires our development time and ongoing support from them/us which of course costs money so without charging they would be losing money. Of course you could argue it could bring in more customers and therefore more money but I'm sure they've done projections to show this is the way to go. Telstra went with the same idea charging a small amount extra a month as well. That's just my 2cents, I just handle support so I don't have any information either way about that. I suspect it's cheaper for a lot of people to pay £5 a month for the kind of features we're offering rather than buying one of our routers for example.
  24. TFTP contourne le processus de démarrage, ce serait donc la seule solution pour résoudre ce problème. S'il vous restait une garantie avec Netgear, elle serait annulée en y installant un autre logiciel.
