  1. Yes that's all disabled so let's see how it goes now!
  2. There is no update on the ticket so far, the dev on it is not available at the moment, I've left them a message and will get back to you when I know more.
  3. Could you try the beta and see whether you get the same issue? https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
  4. Was the above with streams/downloads being used as well or just on a quiet network?
  5. Okay interesting, that probably is happening because you have no QoS active so everything is fighting each other. Could you re-enable QoS, then completely disable Traffic Prioritization, any rules you've added there and DumaOS Classified Games and see whether either issue returns please?
  6. We are testing a new version at the moment, I don't have an ETA though.
  7. From what I can tell, we told them it's ready/available but I don't know if they'll be testing it themselves or not. The plan is for them to push it to auto update at some point.
  8. It must be a setting that's changed after then, if you literally don't change any settings for a few days can you still connect easily?
  9. No need to signup, it can be found here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
  10. You have access, you can download it from the first post in this topic
  11. That's the number of individual ping commands it's doing but does it actually give a time for the ping at all, I don't need a mass of data, just a few entries will do for a screenshot. If it gives some ping data then it should be in theory accessible.
  12. Sorry, did it get a ping response from 192.168.1.1?
  13. Without it traffic could be impeded by the fios so could be a potential reason for that
  14. ONT > Fios > R2, with the R2 WAN IP (found in the System Information page) in the DMZ of the Fios with all devices connected to the R2.
  15. Try these ports: TCP: 1935, 3478-3480; UDP: 3074, 3478-3479 The IP changing wouldn't make the router crash, other devices wouldn't have an internet connection if that happened
  16. Can you still get in everytime and shown connecting to Europe with these steps?
  17. Does it connect you to NA through your modem?
  18. I would yes, utilizing the favorites system to prioritize the game specifically should help as well as using Congestion Control
  19. I think it's something that will be included in DumaOS 4.0 which if all goes to plan will be seen towards the end of the year/beginning of the next
  20. You have the capability to pick between: Any (the default) allows any computer on the Internet to use this service. Single address restricts the service to a particular computer. so that should allow you to get it working for the VPN/Game servers and NAT Type Open should take care of anything else.
  21. Use a local site instead of the DNS as you may not have great routing to them
  22. Okay so setting NAT to Open in WAN Settings may work but if not, you could try Port Triggering instead, it's just like port forwarding but may work more consistently
  23. Ugh that is frustrating! Unlikely to be able to TFTP it then, it doesn't seem like we're going to be able to get port forwarding working consistently but there are other solutions - what are you needing the port forwarding for exactly?
  24. Interesting, as your account isn't banned you're likely getting an IP ban, so potentially it could be related, when you get the problem, unplug your modem from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes then try
  25. Hey, welcome to the forum! What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? How have you set it up, in modem/bridge or have the XR in its DMZ? Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? So you're frequently playing on UK/USA servers?
