If literally nothing has changed on your network, no settings changes, no new devices etc then it's likely on the game side. This usually happens around launch and evens out.

Is it for Warzone or MW3 specifically?

It doesn't work with the standard Geo-Filter anymore since they made an update blocking Geo-Filters unfortunately. For DumaOS 4 on the R3 we'll make some videos/guides on the new features on Geo-Filter 2.0 that will allow it to work.

I would suggest having it enabled before you launch the game - reason being CoD pings all the available servers when you first load it so if it knows you can connect to them all and it's made active connections it will circumvent your settings

If you're able to connect directly then that would be best. The R3 would be better able to handle your new speeds compared to the R2, I would suggest finding a new solution to replace the powerline though as you're unlikely to get your max speeds using them

No we don't, that's a good idea. We do have a QR code you can scan though that takes you to setup.

Pretty sure that DumaOS 4 will be next for the R2, doesn't make sense for us to continue development on separate DumaOS versions when 4.0 is far superior

From what you've shown there that looks fine. 70% is our recommended starting point but won't necessarily be the best for everyone so do experiment with it to see what gives you the best results.

If you could provide any IDs that would be really helpful and allow us to correct them a lot quicker
