  1. I can't see the scan picture unfortunately but if it was only showing one channel as being used, then that should be fine, change the width though to 40MHz, you may get better results with that. You should also use 2.4GHz for range and 5GHz for more speedy applications.
  2. Das ist toll zu hören, danke für das Update!
  3. Okay so if you set the Xbox in the Xbox network settings to use an alternative port and port forward that instead and have the PS use 3074 does that allow you to get an Open NAT on both at the same time?
  4. I can see you have a browser based Adblocker enabled, could you just disable this and check again please? We'll also be looking into this issue today to get a fix out asap.
  5. Are they connected to 2.4 or 5GHz and do you notice a difference on either? If you disable SmartBOOST entirely does it work as expected?
  6. Puoi inserire i dettagli VLAN e PPPoE sì As above we're looking into making Steady Ping more reliable, the same with Ping Optimizer as well but if you try it 3 more times does it allow it to work?
  7. Thank you for that, I've passed that onto the team to see if we can reproduce it. Ping Optimizer will do a test and determine what it thinks is the best percentage for you to reduce your ping the most. You changing the percentage manually is you telling the router what to use rather than using the Ping Optimizer results.
  8. Skip it, complete the Setup Wizard and you can redo it on the main interface or enter your expected speeds manually if its still not working
  9. Do you still have access to the interface when you get a disconnect? If so could you get the log from the System Information page please when it happens? In the meantime, in LAN Settings > DHCP, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  10. Hello, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, sounds like it could be a WiFi congestion issue, if you use a WiFi analyzer (there is a free one on the Microsoft store for Windows called WiFi analyzer) to find the least congested channels and change to that does that help at all?
  11. What is the maximum amount of people you potentially have using the internet at any one time and how many devices? The great thing about Steady Ping is it can be used for local servers or servers further away - if you connect to a game server that has any deviance whatsoever you could benefit from it, I would be surprised if you didn't as ping does naturally fluctuate though of course depending on a lot of factors like the quality of your connection it could be more stable than others. Do keep us posted! Haha I am, just finishing up replies now, with the launch of the R3 we want to ensure we give the best support possible, catch any and all bugs and feedback so we can quickly put out firmware if needed so it can be the best most stable router yet!
  12. Click the 3 dots icon top right of the interface when you're on the Geo-Filter page and disable Geo-Latency, the reboot the console, do you get games within your radius then?
  13. We should ship the rest of the current orders by Monday/Tuesday I suspect
  14. Did you setup the Geo-Filter prior to booting up the console/game? If not reboot the console then search again, do you then get games within your radius?
  15. I have sent you a private message, please see if the instructions there work
  16. Thank you very much for this, I'll pass it onto the team who will look into it ASAP
  17. Anything significant change settings wise or with your setup, adding news devices etc when it started? Does the connection re-establish itself or do you need to reboot? Is it on wired and wireless devices? Is it all devices or a specific few?
  18. I would keep the XR1000 in AP mode so the R3 sees/handles all of the devices. Okay great so adjusting the antennae lead to a doubling in the WiFi speed essentially? I can pass it onto the team to see if we can improve it at all. Steady Ping is a different feature for the Geo-Filter, you can see it at the top of the Geo-Filter Map, if you click that you can adjust it there. No way to default to Advanced settings, I totally get what you mean about Advanced Settings and understand why you would want that. It would be a significant design change to do so but I will request it!
  19. Could you make the issue happen then get the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced > System logs please?
  20. Okay thanks, I'll pass it on to see if we can get it added! You should be able to filter/prioritize it if you make your phone a console in the Device Manage (by changing the icon) and then adding it to the Geo-Filter or SmartBOOST as a console Not possible on the R2 until DumaOS 4 is available for it
  21. @Vitamin C cure you can find that here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
  22. If you re-enable SmartBOOST and remove all priorities except the one for the TV does that change your experience at all?
  23. It showing higher is the work of Steady Ping, giving you a solid 18ms throughout the entire game absorbing those spikes/raises in ping that you see there so it doesn't affect you, giving you a more smooth experience. I will pass onto the team about it not always showing and we'll look into it, thank you for the report!
  24. As in rarely showing the ping or showing the server within your radius or both?
  25. If you haven't changed any settings within the Geo-Filter Map settings and you restart the console/game after making any Geo-Filter settings I can't see any reason from the router side why it wouldn't be working
