  1. So just to clarify, connected to the XR1000 WiFi you cannot use the DumaOS app with the version you updated to today? Just want to be certain as we literally updated the app today to fix that issue. What XR1000 firmware are you on?
  2. CC yes that's expected - I don't know whether that'll be allowed in future or not, in theory it shouldn't be needed now with Smart Boost. Are you using PPPoE/did you enter PPPoE in the Setup Wizard? Is the issue just in the Setup Wizard or main interface? Is SSID being 1 character an important use case for you? I'm sure we can resolve that quickly if it is. Logs are in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced > System Logs
  3. Higher in comparison to what exactly? Where were you testing the ping before and after?

  5. Close down the game completely then clear the MAC address in the Xbox settings then load up the game and see please. Also have you setup the ISP modem/router to make sure the R3 gets an Open NAT?
  6. Could you expand on what you mean by this please? "The app is no longer usable for me unless I can connect to the router."
  7. This might be to do with the console being in sleep mode, if you hard reboot it by holding down the power button, then check after that does it show Open NAT/in Smart Boost?

  17. Skip that part and continue the wizard, once complete you should be able to enter it in settings to get a connection. We're testing an update already that fixes that
  18. Might be that the Smart Hub is required by your ISP or that you need other details to connect which you may not have. Connect back the hub then connect the R3 to that and restart the setup
  19. You can do it either way really but try replacing the smart hub first so you connect the R3 direct to the modem

  21. Hey, welcome to the forum! I would say so, of course I am a little biased but with DumaOS 4 we've introduced new features to improve your ping so if that is your biggest problem then it does have that advantage over the 1000.
  22. Unplug it from power for a few days then try accessing again, that can bring them back to life sometimes
  23. Have you changed your DHCP lease time at all? Does anything appear to trigger the disconnect at all? e.g. changing a setting, specific network usage etc
  24. We did have trouble with some people not getting the confirmation emails so likely the same issue here. As long as you have the DHL email to track you're all good. Alternatively if you want to make sure you can email us and we can check the tracking matches the one you received. That's annoying but it's likely just clearing customs and shouldn't take too long
