  1. Thanks for the reports, I will pass this onto the team to take a look at
  2. Uninstall the app then reinstall it please and see if it works then
  3. Okay thank you for the report, I will pass it onto the team to look at
  4. Try TCP & UDP together, also disable UPnP as well and see if that helps
  5. Thank you very much for the kind words, great to hear you're enjoying it so much!
  6. What was it that you did that allowed the sound bars to work exactly? I still don't know what you mean by exit button? It's like if you were going to close a website, you would close the tab
  7. For both of you was it working completely fine before the update then?
  8. Thanks for trying, I will pass it onto the team to have a look at, is it Windows 7, 10, 11 you're using?
  9. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the tab, then wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if the page loads. Don't use Armor, make sure you're accessing the interface using HTTP not HTTPS and if you have a browser based Adblocker disable it and see if the Geo works please.
  10. That's what we got in testing, if you disable SmartBOOST fully what do you get then?
  11. That's very strange regarding Steady Ping, I will definitely pass that onto the team, I've sent you a PM, see if that helps with everything please
  12. Have you set Congestion Control at all as that will be the main thing needed in this scenario, it can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced
  13. Glad to hear you're enjoying it! Check out the FAQs, that should help https://forum.netduma.com/topic/52852-netduma-r3-launch-faqs/
  14. You should be able to get them open by port forwarding, i.e. 3074 for one, 3075 for the other
  15. That's great to hear, the team are working hard this week to fix as many issues as they can, fortunately that issue was reported earlier in the week! Do let us know if you get those same issues on that firmware!
  16. Great to hear that, keep us posted!
  17. Disable Ping Assist and Geo-Latency then reboot the router and console after that then see if it is better
  18. What device are you playing on? Does the IP on that device if you look in its network settings match the IP on the device you think it is in the Device Manager?
  19. I should have it from your post but may be incorrect, yes please
  20. I have PMd you something that should fix it
  21. Steady Ping may not work on other games other than CoD and Halo that we've tested but we'll be looking into if we can expand it, do you still see servers on the map with LoL selected?
  22. For this specifically I'm not sure but we're hoping to have a big update for the end of the week if possible
  23. I'll reply in the topic you made
  24. Yes it is though it's not filtering, so you'd have to disable it separately which can be done by clicking Steady Ping at the top of the map
  25. Sorry I didn't see your previous reply. Steady Ping is just for the Geo-Filter, did you have them added as devices there? A public IPv6 address or a local one starting with Fe? If you add the devices with issues to SmartBOOST to prioritize them does that help?
