The features you're referring to are apart of the Netgear settings, we never created them or had anything to do with the settings and so it's not just a case of including them, as our own settings were made from scratch we'd need to make them from scratch as well. Also just because a feature is requested doesn't guarantee that it will be made. I'm surprised as normally people are saying the opposite, why doesn't this XR router have what the R2 has etc.

Ping Optimizer will find the best values to use then you just need to accept it. Can you screenshot what you mean about the router menu not having an exit button? I'd stay on this version, shouldn't have any issues. Are you referring to Steady Ping? If so if it's not enabled it's just how your normal ping would behave to the server when you connect with the Geo-Filter like the R2

@Westy147 just to clarify based on your PM, Port Forwarding allows the Geo-Filter to work as expected? Make your Geo-Filter settings then reboot the PC, does it work as expected after that?

Unfortunately not, prior to release we found some issues with it that meant it wasn't ready to be released. Rather than delay the whole launch we decided to take it out to optimize it and include it in a few weeks most likely once fixed and optimized.

No worries, did you have to enter any information into the router to get an internet connection? If not don't worry about that part. If you're posting from a device connected to the R3 right now I can see that you do use IPv6

Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

If you're trying to force servers in another location you'll need to have Ping Assist set to 0

Very long time, ah awesome! You should be able to just add your device to the Geo-Filter, set your radius and play Destiny right away without changing strict mode or anything else

Okay, could you enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting please and we can get a dev to take a look on Monday. In the meantime I'll also take a look at the backend of the router to see if I can spot anything though I'm not a dev so would be best for them to take a look as well.
