  1. That's a really good catch, I was able to reproduce this, I will pass it onto the team to fix. Could you provide a screenshot of how that looks please?
  2. Do you mean the ISP router LAN is connected to R3 LAN or WAN? Okay no worries about bypass, it's enabled by default. Is it possible for the R3 to replace the ISP router at all - is the wall socket using ethernet?
  3. It should work fine on Google Chrome, do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled? If so disable that and refresh the page
  4. Yes on the Geo-Filter page if you click the 3 dots icon in the top right and go to Settings, Geo-Latency and Ping Assist can be enabled from there
  5. Are all devices connected to the R3? Do you have speed test bypass enabled or have you disabled it?
  6. Yes there is a way! Go to Settings > Internet Rules and you can do it from there. Great to hear that!
  7. Thank you, much appreciated!
  8. Brilliant to hear that, we do actually already have a fix for it, I can send you the file or it's in the process of slowly being rolled out to units so you could wait until the R3 informs you there is an update. Just let me know!
  9. Great to hear that! It's in Settings > WAN
  10. Ah gotcha, that makes sense, I'll ask the team to see if they can add it back.
  11. I'll send you a DM that should get you through the wizard
  12. You can't specifically do that but probably what you need is to enable Congestion Control - you can do this from Ping Optimizer > Advanced, set that to 70/70 and that should resolve it
  13. To force you'll definitely need it disabled. Disable Geo-Latency, reboot then try again, does it allow you to force abroad then?
  14. There isn't the ability to do that, is there a specific use case for this? I can request the team to add it
  15. Okay interesting, thanks for letting us know. Instead of filtering using IPs it does so via ping instead. What do you mean?
  16. Do you have Ping Assist enabled at all?
  17. Yes that should work, remove the PC from the Geo-Filter and in the Device Manager click on the device, click on the picture and change it to the PlayStation icon (1st icon second row), click save top right. Go back to the Geo-Filter, re-add it to the Geo-Filter then try again after rebooting the PC please
  18. Ah you're using PC, make sure you quit Battle.net from the System Tray if you didn't reboot the PC
  19. Okay if you could check and make sure it's using the normal software version please
  20. Definitely won't cause you any problems not using IPv6. Leave it with me and I'll see what we can get done.
  21. Make your Geo-Filter settings then reboot the console then try again please - don't change the settings once you're playing
  22. Are you on the Xbox Insider Program by any chance?
  23. Okay great, could you remove the port forwards, reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes, reboot the Xbox, wait a minute then do a test connection on the Xbox, then launch the game and check again please? As you have an Open NAT and the port forwards aren't doing anything they're not needed and maybe confusing the router.
  24. Very strange, if you connect a device direct to the Hub does it get IPv6? Yes that's right, I don't have a time frame at the moment but I'll see if we can expedite it
  25. We're sure you'll love the R3, thanks for the purchase!
