  1. Okay thank you for letting us know, I will have to pass this onto the devs to see if they can reproduce it and identify the issue. In the mean time could you disable SmartBOOST entirely by clicking the on the page then go to settings and disable and see if that works?
  4. Split the WiFi bands, use a WiFi analyzer (free one on Microsoft store for windows called WiFi Analyzer) to find the least congested channel for 2.4/5GHz (you'll have to connect to one, do a test, identify the channel for the band, connect to the other then do the same) to find the least congested channels and change to those, also experiment with the widths and that will help with speeds. Let us know if that issue happens again please.
  5. No I don't believe so though I can add that to the idea list
  6. Have you completed the Setup Wizard? You will need to do that before you can get internet. If you have please reboot the V Hub, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then see if you have internet please
  7. Ti ho inviato un messaggio privato con questo.
  8. Can the R3 use that list at all?
  9. Have you been able to get past the Setup Wizard if you skip it? I can provide you the firmware that fixes it but you'll need access. If you can't get past the wizard let me know.
  10. When added you'll see a new section on the forum for Nighthawk beta and it'll be available there
  11. I responded in the other topic
  12. What issue are you having with it exactly? It's not too dissimilar to the R2 format for port forwarding
  13. Have you put the R3 in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router if applicable? Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Bandwidth Allocation doesn't exist in the old form, the router will intelligently allocate bandwidth based on your needs/priorities. Do you mean the R2 automatically entered the end value? If so it's just the same port number you entered, put that for the end value.
  14. Quando è disponibile un aggiornamento, vedrai un'icona verde in basso a sinistra dell'interfaccia. Se fai clic su di essa, potrai vedere il contenuto dell'aggiornamento del firmware prima di installarlo.
  15. There are tons of posts at the moment, I'm doing my best to respond to people as soon as I can. I have sent you instructions in a PM that will allow you to get out of the setup wizard, then you'll be able to enter your PPPoE details in settings to connect
  16. I've sent you a PM with a firmware with VLAN fixed, please see if that works
  17. Could you all disable Steady Ping from the Geo-Filter page (click it at the top of the map) and see if that helps please?
  18. Do try the above and let us know if that helps at all
  19. Are you using PPPoE, VLAN, IPv6, DHCP Identifiers? Is the R3 in the DMZ of your ISP modem/router if applicable? Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  20. Make your Geo-Filter settings then reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then reboot the console and see if it works properly then please
  21. Thank you for the feedback, I will pass on your points. Just because it doesn't have all the features you've mentioned doesn't mean they're missing. At its heart it is a gaming router and so it is primarily going to be very easy to use, I don't think for example implementing the ARP table is a valuable use of resources as maybe a handful of people may use it. To comment on some of your points: Geo-Filter can be disabled, click the device when added, you can disable filtering or delete the device. The Geo-Filter only applies to devices added to it that are enabled. Ping Heatmap was an additional feature we added, way after the Geo-Filter to help inform your Geo-Filter settings. It is a significant undertaking to merge the features though something we're thinking about. You can disable SmartBOOST in the and clicking settings. What do you mean activities are confused and off reality? You do essentially have a list option on the right on the Device Manager Adblocker you're likely including a list that is too big, limit it to 20MB or lower and should work DNS, IPv6, Static/reserved addresses, logs, firmware, DMZ, Parental Controls (Internet Rules) are all available in Settings, check the advanced sections on settings.
  22. So SmartBOOST disabled fully without you disabling it? So when you go on the page it just says about enabling it and clicking that does nothing? What web browser/device are you using to access the interface? Do the Ping Optimizer tests complete successfully? If so I'll pass on the test history now appearing. If SmartBOOST is completely disabled you won't be able to adjust SmartBOOST profiles.
  25. When did the issue start to occur exactly? If all that didn't work then TFTP may be the only solution but it can be tricky https://kb.netgear.com/000059633/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-a-TFTP-client-on-Microsoft-Windows
