  1. What is the Geo-Filter ping you're getting now? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you updated the DMZ on the ISP modem/router for the R3 instead of the DMZ?
  2. As in the issue came back after disabling SmartBOOST? You'll need to disable SmartBOOST fully and it shouldn't come back again. The team are looking into it.
  3. It'll be the issue we're looking into then, keep an eye on the app store for updates
  4. Reboot the speedport, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then it should work
  5. As mentioned we're looking into the WPS issue currently
  6. That issue required SmartBOOST to be disabled, was it disabled? If so disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN and see if it is stable then please
  7. Use the DMZ on the modem/router instead of bridge mode, ensure all devices are connected to the R3. Are you using PPPoE/VLAN/DHCP Identifiers? Disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN and disable the protection options in WAN Settings, what do you get then?
  8. Thanks for the suggestion, will add it to the list
  9. It's best to make a new topic for your issue but what is it you're seeing when trying to access?
  10. They may have a separate username/password that is used just for the VPN, not linked to the website login
  11. We're aware of the issue and looking into it
  12. Okay that's better and is speed test bypass still enabled? If you set Congestion Control to 100% does it increase?
  13. We're aware of the issue and looking into it
  14. There isn't a specific option for that game but you could change the device type of the iPad to a console and add it to the Geo-Filter and it will filter the game so should work (you could do the same on the 1000), as to whether you want to upgrade to the R3 that's up to you. If you care more about software then yes I would recommend it as the 1000 won't get DumaOS 4
  15. As above, they still work it just doesn't show they're working, we're looking into it
  16. I've sent you .23 in a PM, see if it is better with that, once the upgrade is complete do a factory reset
  17. The router can't impact the upstream modem/routers ability to get internet, if that wasn't working either then it sounds like you had a dropout for a little while and should work again now
  18. I'm not sure if we'll be adding that back or not, I'll check with the team and get back to you
  19. It has been requested so it's added to the list for potential inclusion in the future
  20. As above, you'll see it there
  21. That's good to hear, thanks for checking!
  22. You'll need to copy the WAN IP from Settings > WAN and put that in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router. Make sure then that ALL devices are connected to the R3. That will help with ping as well. Are you using Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced? As that will eliminate local congestion and keep your ping low.
  23. What firmware version are you on? It may be a bug so we'll look into it. Great to hear, do let us know how you get on!
  24. There isn't a beta yet, I was just saying there probably will be one
  25. I'd be extremely surprised if that was the actual ping but happy to be proven wrong!
