  1. Vous devrez utiliser les fichiers de configuration fournis par Pure et les saisir dans la section avancée d'HybridVPN, puis cela fonctionnera.
  2. The ping to the server as we can't calculate the amount of processing delay the game may add. Are you using just the basic Steady Ping mode in that scenario?
  3. We'll take a look, thanks guys!
  4. Disable the SmartBOOST fully, do you still get the issue?
  5. That's great to hear, they will have gone home now so I will double check this has been done!
  6. That's great to hear, let us know how you get on!
  7. We're aware of this having been reported and we're looking into it, if necessary we'll put out an update that would fix it once identified. If it's not affecting your gameplay in the meantime that's great!
  8. Some servers are especially hard to connect to, they may not always be available for example, try during peak and non peak times to see if you have more luck
  9. It'll be Steady Ping, disable that and it will be lower
  10. The above could be a reason, other than that where are you measuring the ping?
  11. Ideally we'd need the ID from when it shows as a tick as that would be the one that could be potentially mis-allowed and forcing you on servers there
  12. You can disable Steady Ping and that will lower the ping. Other than that I'll have the team look into it.
  13. We don't give out any ETAs and it depends what we can reproduce easily and what requires more investigation and how long it might take to fix.
  14. Is BF showing on SmartBOOST at all? You don't need the interface open, nothing changes from having it open vs closed so wouldn't make a difference
  15. It's been requested so it's on the list for potential inclusion in the future
  16. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then to get you a game within your radius. We can do a heatmap update.
  17. That's it thank you, I'll have the team check it. Did the ID stay the same from when it had the tick to when it went red? As servers are in clusters it may have been a different one
  18. Some people throttle their Congestion Control to very low values and find it helps, try that and see if there is any difference. There isn't a beta firmware at the moment for the 1000
  19. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  20. Okay so it's most likely a local congestion issue, in which case you'll need to fine tune/experiment with Congestion Control to eliminate that
  21. They haven't fixed the issue yet, they've only just got back from the holidays so they will be resolving it soon
  22. If you are using PPPoE then that does explain the speeds, we're looking into seeing if we can increase that. Otherwise the alternative would be the above which would allow for the better speeds with the R3 not handling it.
  23. Could you expand on the issues you're seeing? Not working doesn't give me much to go off. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how is that setup? Split the bands for WiFi and connect to 2.4 or 5GHz and see if it is more stable for you It's not bricked then, please make a new topic and we'll be able to help, most likely you'll just need to reboot the modem, wait a few minutes then reboot the R3 and it'll get internet
  24. Boot up the console, do a connection test, then see if it appears online when you're gaming
  25. As above, that's the issue we're looking into
