  1. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I'll list some things which could be possibly affecting it and you can try them/let me know if they didn't help: How is the upstream router setup to pass traffic through to the R3? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? At the very least when testing are no devices connected/using internet on the upstream router? Are you using PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers? Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN As a test make a traffic controller rule to the device and allow ALL traffic, then do a speed test, what do you get? As a test put the PC in the DMZ (briefly for the test then remove), then do a speed test, what do you get?
  2. Is SmartBOOST showing that you're using Twitch at the time? If so, are you seeing anything else at the time using significant traffic? If you delete all other prioritizations other than Twitch does it work any better? What is the model of the ISP modem/router the R3 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  3. Poland is another hard to force server, others in central EU should be very easy to connect to
  4. Have you got the R3 in the DMZ on the other router, if not how is that setup, modem/bridge mode? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? If it's not showing as stabilized then you will get the normal fluctuations of the game ping you would have seen without it. Steady Ping won't necessarily work for every game but we're working on expanding that as much as possible. The in game ping includes processing delay and so will be higher. All games have it but not all choose to include it in their ping calculation. If the in game is up to 30ms above that's okay, any higher than that indicates the server is under heavy load and it would be best to force a different server.
  5. If you do just a normal speedtest.net test are the speeds reflecting the Congestion Control settings?
  6. Have you put your console in the DMZ on the router or setup a Traffic Controller rule for it?
  7. I believe that's normal yes. Is the game being boosted when you're playing? Have you used Ping Optimizer?
  8. The above would absolutely be the best setup in this scenario
  9. Change the port in the Xbox network settings to use 3074, reboot the console then check again please
  10. I've sent you a firmware in a PM that may help
  11. Is the Geo-Filter actually showing servers when playing or pinging at all?
  12. If you use the radius instead of polygon mode do you see the same behavior?
  13. Some servers like the Spanish/Italian servers are notoriously hard to force, it can take awhile to force them or they may not be online at the time.
  14. How are you getting on with SmartBOOST being disabled though?
  15. Thanks for the report, I'll pass that on. That could be it, it is designed to trigger when you're actually playing and not in the lobby for example, makes sense it could happen when spectating also
  16. When did it start happening, after changing any particular setting?
  17. Other than the above resync the cloud and it should pick up again
  18. Reboot the router and it should work, I've sent you .23 via PM, see if it's better after that please
  19. Apologies for the delayed response, I've sent you all a PM with firmware that has Geo-Filter improvements, install then once complete do a factory reset and see if it is better please
  20. Well done on getting it sorted, keep us updated with how you get on!
  21. Okay well if you can have it handle PPPoE instead (perhaps take it out of bridge/modem mode if applicable) then switch back the R3 to DHCP I suspect it'll then work
  22. I've sent you a PM with the firmware, it does have Geo-Filter improvements, including Steady Ping. You only need to use one or the other That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  23. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
