  1. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Otherwise if you're replacing the ISP modem/router and it is possible to do so then use PPPoE. You only need to do one or the other.
  2. If you have the R3 in the DMZ on the ISP router it doesn't need to use PPPoE, you should do one or the other. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How have you setup SmartBOOST/Congestion Control? Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when you get a game outside your radius please?
  3. A dev has asked me to get your router ready so they can enter it remotely and have a look at what is going on. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Once you've done that, enable remote support on the R3 in Settings > Troubleshooting. Once you've done that post back here from a device connected to the R3 please.
  4. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  5. It seems to be to do with size as well, a small HTTPS file works like the above. It does yes, it'll just ignore those parts
  6. Looks like you have Geo-Latency enabled there which is probably why. What web browser are you using to try to change ping assist? Are you connecting to the interface using HTTP or HTTPS?
  7. Best to make your own topic but I'd just make one rule for range: Source start 3074 source end 3480 Destination the exact same as source TCP & UDP
  8. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  9. If you have access to the interface, please grab the log from Settings > Troubleshooting when it next happens and we can take a look
  10. You'll need to factory reset then, it's the only solution. Official I don't know as that is entirely up to Netgear
  11. How do you have SmartBOOST setup to detect gaming exactly? What firmware version are you on?
  12. It's specifically Geo-Latency causing it? When you see the message with it enabled do you see anything on the map blocked if you zoom out fully?
  13. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the tab, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  14. Try adding this list: https://easylist.to/easylist/easylist.txt
  15. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset. Yes it is safe
  16. Not necessarily but if your telling the router it's getting more speed than it actually is then its using those values for QoS. So for example, seems your max speeds are ~700ish, you tell the router you have 1000Mbps and you drop the percentages to 85% it's doing nothing because it's not actually got to your speeds yet. That would throw out any changes you make to get your bufferbloat down, if you correct that you should get better results. No, the bottom graph is the part to focus on and that doesn't show any packet loss.
  17. That's a good troubleshooting step, let us know how you get on
  18. I mean you could stick the app on it and use it that way?
  19. Yes but you could put the R2 in the DMZ on the upstream router and that will eliminate it
  20. It does have some Geo-Filter improvements yes but we'll be continuing to improve it in subsequent firmware
  21. All issues brought up will be addressed yes, Geo-Filter improvements will be coming
  22. Since a Destiny 2 update it's actually quite hard to filter so I'm not sure that would work, this is something that we have worked around with DumaOS 4 - making games that are unfilterable, filterable. It will come at a later date. You can't set the router into bridge or anything like that but you can just connect it as a router. The upstream router would apply any QoS rules to the R2 which by extension would also affect the devices connected to it.
  23. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then with either UPnP or port forwarding on the R3.
  24. Okay let us know if you see it on the new version, make sure to do a factory reset also
