  1. We're aware of WPS and will resolve that. A lot of smart devices don't like the automated band switching of WiFi so split the bands and manually connect to 2.4 or 5GHz and see if they work.
  2. It has been requested for potential future inclusion. How does it crash exactly?
  3. It's a different router/software so it won't necessarily be possible to mirror the settings. Also that works for them but they may live in a different country, have a different connection/setup etc. The best thing to do is find the settings that work best for you.
  4. I don't know why that would be the case at all but I will certainly pass it onto the team to have a look at.
  5. It's publicly available here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ try that please
  6. Could you try to initiate the reboot from the DumaOS app available in the app store and see if you get the same thing please?
  7. Do you have speed test bypass enabled? We know it won't always be possible to get the full speeds with PPPoE so we'll be looking at improving that if possible.
  8. It's likely a spike to the server rather than a spike on your entire connection, seems to only happen for a second. Try forcing a different server and see if you get the same thing.
  9. Try this, remove the console from the Geo-Filter and in the Device Manager change it to a PC then re-add it to the Geo-Filter, does it work better then?
  10. No that wouldn't be the case, if you port forward it should work fine while we work on UPnP I wouldn't have thought so but it is possible
  11. Yes exactly, if you still can't connect to them then it won't be the router and will be the game
  12. I've sent you all the firmware via PM. You can install it from Settings > Troubleshooting. Once it's complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset. That's very strange, not seen that before, I don't suppose you took a picture of the error you received? Either way I'll pass it on to see if it can be reproduced. What was the version you were on before, .20 or .21?
  13. What do you mean by create a new wired connection? On the console make it search for a connection via ethernet?
  14. If you could do the inspect element things I suggested and provide the screenshot I can pass the errors on That's good to hear, I'm sure the team will get it sorted.
  15. I've sent you the .23 firmware via PM, see if that helps at all. Geo-Latency is a filtering method just like using the radius/polygon so you're just switching the way you're filtering, getting low ping servers is still possible. No you shouldn't need to do that, what firmware version are you on?
  16. That's correct as you're not technically gaming until you're playing. As long as icons are showing on the map then it'll be working, it's just the reporting of the device being online so I'll pass that onto the team to resolve, thanks for the report.
  17. What firmware version are you on currently? I could send you .23 which might help
  18. Try my suggestions above please, experiment with steady ping on/off and fine tune Congestion Control
  19. Okay that's great, it's working then, it's just the online status it's reporting incorrectly. I'll pass that onto the team to have a look.
  20. Potentially but I wouldn't have thought so. Could you disable the protection options in WAN Settings and then test again please
  21. That menu on the SmartBOOST page, then go to settings and the enabled toggle is there
  22. Ah I see, if you remove the PC does it still happen with Steady Ping enabled? What's the service you have the PC added with?
  23. Please make a new topic and we can help you there Okay so based on the previous one, it's showing as prioritized but not in stats for nerds so some sort of disconnect going on there. I suspect it is prioritizing and stats for nerds won't be reporting correctly, thanks for letting us know, I will pass it on.
  24. Are you unplugging the router from power frequently?
