  1. Try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and try again.
  2. UPnP shouldn't disable when setting the Port Forwarding rules and I can't reproduce that, re-enable it, does it allow you to?
  3. It's basically like Bandwidth Allocation with Share Excess enabled on the other routers except you can't disable the share excess function so bandwidth will be shared if nothing is being used
  4. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how is that setup? Are ALL devices connected to the XR?

  7. In addition to the above are you using SmartBOOST / Congestion Control? The streaming may be prioritized (it is be default) so you could remove this from the priorities on SmartBOOST. Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced is likely to make the most difference though.

  9. You don't need to specify a service on the console, DumaOS Classified Games would work or you could add it with the console service.
  10. Thank you for the report, that does make sense as it does raise your ping, I don't think it should be applying outside the Geo-Filter though so I will pass that onto the team to look at thank you.

  14. When they're in the lobby they don't appear at all? Are they on the same game platform as you or are you playing together cross platform?

  19. Hello, welcome to the forum! There are some issues with the servers being used, we'll likely need a firmware update to correct it but we'll do what we can from the cloud. In the meantime it would be best to manually adjust Congestion Control to eliminate lag.

We'll have to get someone to force an upgrade through for you when they're back from the holidays, in the meantime: o to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the tab, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if you can access those pages.
  21. Could you clarify? You say you don't notice a difference in gun fights but then that hit detection is better?
  22. It's most likely the ping to the server is too high, try with a closer server, does it connect then?
  23. That's pretty clever! As in your ping is 1 - 5ms on the game?
  24. It is supported but we are aware of the issue on the app, which app version is it you have installed currently?
  25. Most likely it wasn't triggering properly in the first place for some reason and the reboot/update allowed it to trigger but do let us know if you notice anything else like that
