  1. DHL generally put a conservative estimate on the delivery date, especially during the holidays so it will likely come between Xmas/New Year. That's fair enough just let us know, we'll be happy to add them to the list for potential inclusion.
  2. It's quite possible that they block popular VPN IP addresses to prevent people connecting to games with a higher ping than they need or connecting to servers very far away. If you're set on using a VPN try a less popular service and see if that works
  3. Could explanation above, the higher the width the higher the speeds you can get but the more prone to interference. 40MHz is a good middle ground for 2.4GHz so try that if 2.4GHz is too slow. Let us know how you get on!
  4. As in you're not seeing anything on the map or getting servers outside the radius?
  5. For the Geo-Filter try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then, restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game) or if that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and try again please. See if that is more stable for you.
  7. It was probably Steady Ping causing that higher ping, we have a YT video coming out shortly that will explain why the feature does this
  8. I've sent you a firmware which may help with this, please let us know. We're releasing a video on Steady Ping on our YT channel in about 25minutes which will help explain why it does that
  9. Ah, I see you've changed the interval to 1 second, change it back to the default 2.5 I believe and check again, I believe PingPlotter have even said setting it at that value can provide inconsistent results.
  10. Doesn't sound like it's working properly, could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page please?
  11. Reboot the router from the interface then upgrade and it should work without issue
  12. It just fixes VLAN but sent
  13. It just fixes VLAN but sent
  14. Exactly as the above, 20-30ms higher is acceptable, any higher than this and it would indicate the server is under load and would be best to force another.
  15. We have identified the issue so we will be fixing that, thank you for the report
  16. You can reserve bandwidth for devices by clicking the icon top right of the SmartBOOST page > Manage Profiles > Click the profile > Click the icon top right and add a reservation but there aren't specific limits. SmartBOOST automatically prioritizes and allocates bandwidth based on your network usage/what is needed. If there is a device you don't want to use much then do SmartBOOST by devices instead of activities and make sure it isn't added but add everything else.
  17. Where are you actually located? If you're trying to connect to a server far away you'll have a high ping, adding a VPN into the mix will increase this even higher
  18. Start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a bufferbloat test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  19. Updates will be greyed out until there is a new one available for you to upgrade to via the interface. We will have some we can provide you manually as well in some cases. Ping Optimizer we're aware it's not 100% reliable at the moment and we'll be working on that, it should still work, I think part of it is a bug and part of it is dependent on the servers which is why some people have more luck than others. Once you've added a server to your deny list you'll need to wait at list 2 minutes in the lobby before searching again so the connection with that blocked server is properly severed, otherwise you'll be able to connect to it again. There will also be multiple servers clustered in a single location so it may look like you're getting the same server but it will just be another located there.
  20. You shouldn't need to do this with Geo-Latency enabled but yes you can, click the icon on the map that appears when you invite them to your game and add it to the allow list
  21. That's great to hear, thank you for letting us know, I'll pass that onto the team as well. Happy Holidays!
  22. I have sent you a private message with firmware that fixes the VLAN issue - it will work after that
  23. Thanks for the feedback! As mentioned above you will need to set it to Expert to have it test the upload. We are aware the tests are not 100% reliable in how often they're working so we are looking into that but it should still work most of the time.
  24. Is this happening for all devices? Are they connected directly to the R3 or are you using a switch/AP with them connected etc?
  25. As above, it is enabled by default
