  1. Everyone who signs up will be accepted. Don't worry we trust everyone!
  2. For the Geo-Filter try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Disable Steady Ping Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then, restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game) or if that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and try again please. See if that is more stable for you.
  3. Could you provide a screenshot of the file as it appears on the PC so I can see the extension as well please?
  4. You may have a faulty ethernet cable connecting the R3 to the Hub or the PC to the R3, if you swap them out does it keep the speed?
  5. What do you mean only one person can play at a time? What happens when another tries to play?
  6. Did you set the static IP while it wasn't able to get internet? If so reboot the device, not the router and see if it gets internet then. Also if you could get the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced > System Logs that might give us an idea why it happened
  7. No not anymore, it was there but now its public
  8. Someone has reported that as well so the team will be looking into it
  9. 450 is available publicly here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51902-new-xr450-beta-firmware-33535/
  10. You'll be using WiFi for try this: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  11. The above may help but also make sure you're setting the Geo-Filter up before you launch the game/client. It's also not the intended function to force servers that far away so it's not guaranteed you'll get them
  12. We're aware of the app issue and looking into it though we did put an update out on the app store so do check to see if that resolves it for you
  13. You can use this link https://forms.gle/Jg6BnARJKoEPKeU28
  14. Speedtest bypass won't work with some of the sites and will then take account of your CC settings instead. Where/how are you measuring the jitter exactly?
  15. It looks like for the top screenshot it's only the one router being used, then for the R3 there is the additional hop of another router which could be affecting it. If you make the R3 primary and check again do you get the same results?
  16. That's great to hear, thanks for the feedback!
  17. Thank you for the reports, as the usage aspect was for DumaOS 4 I'm not sure how it translates to the XR500, I'll have to check with the team on that. Devices connected can appear offline if they're not actively using any traffic at that time. Use the Expert/Advanced mode for Ping Optimizer and then it will do upload as well. Priorities, this is another one I'll need to check as it's not an option for the WiFi selection on 4 so wondering if that's why it's missed here. Speeds depends what the server is being used at the time is, it may not always be the closest one so I would suggest setting yourself and then adjust Congestion Control manually. It's unlikely you'll see a facelift on the main interface unfortunately. Most likely to be just bug fixes from here on out.
  18. Try this for the WiFi and see if you get a better experience: Disable Mirror Mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds, 2.4GHz for stability Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  19. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 in Settings > WAN then access the ISP modem/router and enter it in the DMZ function. Yes it could create issues and affect being able to connect to servers online so it is highly recommended.
  20. It won't be that quick unfortunately, especially with the holidays, will likely be sometime in the new year. You can prioritize the device, your phone instead and that will still help.
  21. As above, also it will work some of the time, I believe it's a combination of servers being under load and a bug
  22. If you get that disconnect issue try accessing using 192.168.1.1 instead. From the Geo-Filter screenshot it appears to be working as expected, authentication server in Ireland is allowed which is normal/needed and anything within the radius is allowed. Nothing else is outside the radius so all good!
  23. I don't think the boot time is particularly slow to be honest so no I don't think there will be. Just because you may be able to use the internet after 20 seconds doesn't mean you should as it's still booting up, that's why whenever we suggest a reboot we always say to wait 2 minutes before doing anything. However, the delay on devices detecting the internet is something we're looking into. It is enabled by default so that's probably why but yes sounds like an issue saving it through reboot, thanks for the report, I'll pass it on. Speedtest bypass is likely the culprit for that bufferbloat test as it wouldn't take account of the CC settings or SmartBOOST priorities are interfering with the test.
  24. I do have an update that may help, once it's been tested a little I can provide it to people with any Geo issues. Great, let us know how you get on!
