  1. It would be great if you could check, then we know what we're dealing with and if you do have access if you could get the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting that would be really helpful. There should be firmware this coming week, don't know about VPN as I'm sure the team will want to focus on the bug fixes first.
  2. Use the Frostbite service, that covers it. The team are working on all issues so you should see more improvements being made this week coming

We'll be making improvements to it but assuming it is working correctly then it's advising what is best at that time, certain factors like time of day, ISP congestion etc could impact it. So if you're doing it at a quiet time of the day it could give a more conservative result.

  6. A reboot would fix most issues, a factory reset should be done if persistent settings changes aren't resulting in expected behavior and a reboot isn't helping
  7. That should only happen if your upstream modem/router is using 192.168.1.1, if you then change that or take it out of the equation and factory reset the XR it would go back to 1.1
  8. I don't know how .16 was downgraded to, to be honest, I don't even have that file but I can send .17 which I have done - wouldn't recommend it though

  11. It's likely the console caching everything, so the above should help but the team will be looking into it regardless. I would recommend it yes. Any Geo-Filter settings you want to change when you're already on the game I would suggest either rebooting the game or console
  12. Try this, remove the console from the Geo-Filter and in the Device Manager change it to a PC then re-add it to the Geo-Filter, does it work better then?
  13. Interesting, could you get the logs from the troubleshooting page when that happens please and also check direct to the modem on whether you get disconnects

  16. As it's a Sunday no one is in but I'll get someone to try tomorrow. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Then enable remote support in Settings > WAN and post back here with a device connected to the R2.

  19. That's not possible for you to do but it's be requested for us to implement it so could happen in future
  20. Yes that's it thank you. It does appear to be in Germany. You can't ping the IP directly as it will time out and similarly the same would happen with trace route but it'll trace the route up to a point so you can kind of guess at what the ping to it would be. Have a check: 95.179.249.150

While you can see that specifically you can see the list of devices next to the tree view
  23. Do you have speed test bypass enabled? Where are you testing the speeds? Is this over WiFi or ethernet?
  24. Thanks for that, so could you ensure the console is completely shut down, make your Geo-Filter changes, then when you're ready turn on the console/boot up the game and see if that works better please?

With the general Steady Ping not working all the time for CoD yes the team will need to look into it, once we can ensure stability on that then we'll know if it's not always working for other games that that is legitimate. Try just clicking the 'X' top right of the Steady Ping panel and see if it applies then
