Thanks everyone for helping the OP resolve their issue!

Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter showing what you see when this happens please?

Sent Steady Ping won't be possible for every game but we'll be working to make it as expansive as possible.

Duma OS wouldn't open, reboot R3 to fix problems.

Okay thank you, I will pass that onto the team to look into as soon as they're back. If you disable SmartBOOST fully like the above does that prevent it happening? -
NETDUMA R3 for competitive call of duty
Netduma Fraser replied to Leidsy's topic in Call of Duty Support
Hello, welcome to the forum! I'm not sure if it's worth making a comparison here, that router is double the price of the R3 and as such has hardware specs that match the price. We offer the best hardware we were able to do at the price point we chose but with the best software so it really depends which you value most. Well it's made for gamers by gamers so it does have features that are all focused on getting the best connection possible, like the Geo-Filter, allowing you to force specific servers, no other router has that. Yes I would say you're better off with the R3 as the XR series won't get DumaOS 4. I'd recommend having a look at the website as well as the YouTube playlist to get some more information. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCU0-ELvZkOqiQFGXII95B7063uASKQlO&si=3EmZ_ZX-Zl-4G9zQ- 4 replies

Is the R3 in the ISP modem DMZ or is it setup in modem/router mode? That's likely the cause of the moderate NAT if that hasn't been done

Geo-Filter isn't blocking servers outside radius
Netduma Fraser replied to pdiorio's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It should work fine, I think it's more likely as to when the Geo-Filter settings are applied in relation to when you boot up the game but do let us know what you think it could be -
Sent More likely the team would reproduce the issue and make a firmware update to fix it. Does the R3 get a WAN IPv6 address? Glad to hear the app worked!

Sent What Congestion Control settings are being used? Do you notice any improvements adjusting it?

My Pc connect to servers outside of the area i chose!
Netduma Fraser replied to RudePT's topic in Call of Duty Support
Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. -
I think it's probably related to some other issues so I'm not sure, Fuzy might have better advice on this than me!

I feel like i'm 1s behind everybody

Looks okay but you can reset Bandwidth Allocation, gaming barely uses any bandwidth. You're also not prioritizing the game at all, enable DumaOS Classified Games or add the the PC with the Games Console service. Is this all the devices in your home connected? -
Best thing to do would be to consult the manual for that device to see about the different connection methods that can be used to connect to a router

Can't connect Netduma r3 via PPPoe

I have sent you the firmware in a PM -
The in game ping being higher is normal, this is due to processing delay - all games have it but not all choose to include it in the ping calculation. There is no way around it and it isn't possible for us to calculate it. Up to 30ms additional ping in game is okay, anything higher than that and I would suggest you try getting another server as the server is under load. In the example you gave that server is under load and you should try another. Ping Assist got you a 30ms game so is working correctly there. Please try the above, disabling those options essentially makes it exactly like the R2 Geo-Filter
-
Congestion Control should definitely be throttling if you have lowered the percentages, set it to Always and have disabled Speed Test Bypass. What browser/device are you using to make changes? As above if it's still not helping disable IPv6 for WAN/LAN and try again please
-
Congrats on the move! Essentially as above, there aren't any features that would work better or worse based on location. Orders made from today onwards will be shipped on the second and then from there the shipping estimate will apply. It's usually very reliable but of course due to the holidays/new year there could be delays as DHL catch up.
-
Please try the above and let us know if that works

Really glad to hear you're enjoying, everything you have mentioned the team will be looking into!

Netduma R3 and Extender AX1800 ; EAx15 Netgear Mesh Extender
Netduma Fraser replied to boothay's topic in Netduma R3 Support
If its in AP mode there shouldn't be any issues, is the R3 LAN connected to the axe WAN port? -
Someone mentioned disabling IPv6 in WAN/LAN helped, could you try that please?

As a test if you put the PC in the DMZ very briefly do you get open then? Remove it once tested, it is a security risk
