As in the Asus is giving your PC 650 over WiFi? Try this: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _

That is a major security risk, I would not advise you do that at all. Your PC/network is basically open to the internet If you connect the PC direct to the V Hub do you get an Open NAT?

Have you accessed the interface by going to http://dumaos or http://192.168.77.1 in your web browser while connected to the R3 or while connected to the R3 on a mobile device opened the DumaOS app available from the app store? If not you will need to do that to complete the Setup Wizard before you're able to get internet.

R3 steady ping and geofilter issue.
Netduma Fraser replied to JasonKnight's topic in News & Announcements
Is the first issue causing you any instability in the game itself? What version of Windows are you using, 11? If 11 do you have a Windows 10 device you could try with? Seems like gaming is being recorded so just a visual issue on the dashboard which is good, a reboot should resolve that. -
What firmware are you currently on? I've sent you a new one, please see if that helps at all.

need help EA FC 24 ping improuve with R3
Netduma Fraser replied to Authentik06's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Ah, I know what it is. It's processing delay, all games have it but not all choose to include it in their ping calculation, FC obviously does. The additional ping on top that you see in game if it's up to 30ms that is okay, anything higher than that indicates the server is under heavy load and you should try to force a different server. -
Quando dice "impossibile effettuare il ping al server", ciò avviene per una ragione legittima, ma sta comunque venendo stabilizzato. Se provi un altro server, effettua correttamente il ping?

No access to R3 via web interface or app
Netduma Fraser replied to josh200505's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Thank you, that all looks fine, do you still have access to the internet when you can't get to the interface? Are you leaving the interface open for long periods of time? Do you have anything connected to the USB port? -
Do you have anything connected to the USB port at all?

Request for Assistance with Integrating Adblock List into R2
Netduma Fraser replied to aalbasse's topic in Netduma R2 Support
You need to click on 'link' for the file you want then you can paste it into Adblocker as a URL -

FIRMWARE: 3.3.308 Smart QoS (Hit Detection)

Both are correct, if there is no update available then it will be greyed out, if you want to upgrade manually then you do that from troubleshooting
-
Sent That's great to hear. Not specifically with modem mode no, I've always just found the modem mode to be a bit unstable at time and sounds like that was what you were experiencing too. Glad it's all working now. Merry Christmas to you too! Sent

Merry Christmas! Not sure where you've got the idea that there is a .26 available, the last firmware created by the team before the holidays is the .23 version.

Geofilter not working for Wash DC servers in MW3
Netduma Fraser replied to JR_'s topic in Netduma R3 Support
Sent, Happy Holidays! -
Thank you very much for the kind words, it's much appreciated, Merry Christmas to you and your family!

The team thought they fixed it as it was working with the routers in the office so it's likely a more complex issue, they'll do some more fixes in January
-
@Bueyako1 I'm a little confused, this topic is 2 years old and wasn't directed at you, could you explain what you mean please?
-
I know what you mean about the wording actually, it is quite confusing, I'll make the team aware of that. It's setting it to make sure you have that ping so if you set it to have 20ms you should be getting 20ms to the server overall. By outside the Geo-Filter I meant applying to non gaming devices but for you it's likely Geo-Latency is allowing servers outside. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart the game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game), if that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and check again. I've also sent you a firmware via PM to try that may help.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Introducing the Netduma R3
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in News & Announcements
Seems like this topic is getting a bit out of hand now so I'll be closing it. This topic was to announce the R3 so if anyone has any issues please make a topic and I'll respond there as soon as I can. -
Could you disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN then test again please? For Heatmap I believe the R3 is using a more up to date cloud than the R2 which would make sense why the pings are different there
-
Apologies, you mentioned it before and just re-reading it now I see the issue, it's PPPoE, you're actually getting higher than we expected. Faster speeds with PPPoE is something we'll be looking into. I suspect if you use the BT Hub to handle PPPoE and then connect the R3 to it you will see much higher speeds.

Thanks for the kind words! Happy Holidays to you too!
