  1. They could be, it's quite possible. Easiest way to tell if it's an issue on their side is test direct to the ISP modem/router, do you get expected speeds?
  2. I can add that to the list!
  3. That would be really cool, pretty expensive I imagine and probably the answer would be its an unnecessary expense when you can use your phone
  4. There will be one this week or early next week
  5. Try using the simple Geo-Filter (radius) instead of custom (polygon) as well as what has been mentioned previously. I can request that, we've never done it so I suspect there is a reason for that.
  6. Thanks, will pass it on
  7. We've changed it to just show it as a host on the R3 so nothing to do with any of those things
  8. Good advice above, try this process which includes the above. Quit the application/game/client completely - including from the System Tray Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  9. It won't tell you specifically but for CoD it uses dedicated servers only as far as I am aware, maybe P2P if you can't connect to any servers whatsoever but that would be rare
  10. If you don't want to pick specific devices just add the services/applications you care about like Gaming, Video etc and that's it!
  11. The biggest icon on the map is always the host of the game so yes that's Spain. Servers with solid white circles around them mean you've added it to your allow list or most likely in this case we have allowed it as it is an authentication server required for online play.
  12. Okay let us know how you get on switching to the outlet!
  13. I think that's more of a coincidence, it will be unable to ping sometimes but should be improved in coming versions. Not yet, either this week or early next.
  14. The above could work but I will pass this onto the team to have a look at. Is the console wired or WiFi?
  15. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  16. If it's turning off on its own it could be a power issue, do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with? Do you notice it rebooting any other times or just when gaming?
  17. I believe you made a post about this before, the team will be looking into it, a firmware with some fixes will be available this week or early next
  18. Is this all with the DHCP lease adjusted and devices having reserved IPs outside the lease range?
  19. The team are looking into that, disabling IPv6 in WAN/LAN and disabling SmartBOOST entirely seems to help prevent it
  20. I see what you mean, we are thinking about the potential for multiple Geo-Filters so you could have individual settings for different devices but that would be very far off. If I remember rightly it's not necessarily a case of us making that happen but rather due to limitations on ping frequency on games I believe, something along those lines but we'll do what we can. Will do! Yes you could absolutely do that and it would be very helpful thank you! That's very interesting thank you, I will pass that onto the team to take a look at.
  21. Factory reset or re-adding the device to the router that was deleted from the Device Manager - the one that was added to Traffic Prioritization. You'd have to add it back exactly so via same method, same name/device type
  22. Yes that'll be due to PPPoE, if possible we will try to boost the speed possible through PPPoE
  23. Doesn't work in what sense, doesn't block Ads on those specific devices? Depending on what you're viewing it may not be possible to block currently (e.g. YouTube ads) or it may not be covered by our default lists so adding the website or another blocking list manually will help.
  24. I wouldn't usually suggest it but try making a Traffic Prioritization rule for all the ports 1-65535 TCP/UDP and see if you get better results
  25. As above, I think you can just leave VLAN on 2 and save, as long as the R3 is connected to port 1 then you should be good to go. Then remove DMZ for your PC on the R3, even the massive port forwarding rule is too much. UPnP on should get you an open NAT then, if not then just the ports for the console/game should do the trick.
