  1. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  2. That is correct behavior, you don't specify the game on a console but you do on a PC. You'd need to re-add the PC when you want to play the other game. Alternatively in the Device Manager give the PC a console icon and you can add it to the Geo-Filter like a console and it will filter both games. Clear browser cache/cookies, hard reload the page and it should show then.
  3. I'm going off what a dev told me that if it is possible to do so they will.
  4. You don't buy OpenWRT though so it's a little different, we will have made that option available, I don't think you could feasibly say well we didn't expect anyone to use it for example. Anyway, I think we'd want to keep everything above board, I have already spoken to the team about looking into other services.
  5. Could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page please?
  6. We're continuing to work on issues, try downgrading back to .23 to see if that is more stable for you
  7. Great to hear that. The ports on the router are 1Gbps only
  8. I suspect we'd get into a lot of trouble for bypassing their enterprise plans by using their service commercially! iPerf would be good for LAN but not for internet speeds
  9. Are you connected via ethernet or WiFi? If WiFi it may have disconnected you and you need to reconnect to the R3 WiFi to continue
  10. If it's not in the change log then it won't be included, we'll be working on boosting the speeds with PPPoE if possible
  11. What do you mean the setting isn't saved when added? Can you provide a video or screenshot of what is happening?
  12. I think this will likely be the PC blocking some aspects, if you disable your PC firewall then try, does it work correctly?
  13. Could you clarify, are you referring to the Setup Wizard? By disconnecting do you mean from the internet or from the interface?
  14. Check Network Activity, is anything else showing there?
  15. Okay keep us posted and we can enable it should it happen again
  16. That's something! If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect (probably tomorrow now) to enable remote logging so we can get some information when it happens.
  17. As above but the connection should re-establish itself
  18. Thank you for the update, I do have the team looking into this.
  19. Make sure you've set your location then Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  20. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  21. That probably is the cause yes, potentially, if it's constantly trying to block something the whole time
  22. Use simple instead of custom/polygon and then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  23. Not all game servers respond well to pings, they may also have restrictions on them as well which makes it harder, we'll do what we can to make it happen more often but may not always to be possible. Best to make a new topic and we can help you there. Do a hard refresh on the page and they should re-appear. Logs are wiped after a reboot so won't be anything helpful there unfortunately. We've had some similar issues so we're looking into it. Thank you for your feedback, glad to hear you're having a generally good experience so far, it will just get better! Disable it on the interface, reboot, enable, reboot then see if it works I responded to your other post about this
  24. Thank you for the feedback, definitely some weird behavior going on there, best thing you can do in that situation if possible is to grab the log from troubleshooting and we can see what might be happening. Does all appear okay now?
  25. Could you copy/paste the ID? Can't make it out from the screenshot
