  1. No you should be fine to have both in there!
  2. Deciding on the hardware in 2014 when we launched we knew it was a gaming router, therefore the optimum setup would be to have gaming devices wired to the router. If they had to play via WiFi then 2.4GHz is the best as it is more stable than 5GHz so that's why we went with the hardware we did. When did you purchase the router? I notice your forum account was made August last year, but in case you ordered it more recently you can look at our returns policy as it doesn't meet your expectations. https://netduma.com/terms/
I'll take a look, you'll need to get join.me. Here's the link incase you need a reminder.
  4. Post in the 1 on 1 section: http://forum.netduma.com/forum/66-request-1-on-1/and I will have a look, I have to confirm it is indeed faulty. Please note I need around a days notice. Please read this first before making the post: http://forum.netduma.com/topic/11450-read-before-posting-a-1-on-1-request/
  5. Faites-vous référence au ping montré sur le test de vitesse de la console ou le ping montré par le gestionnaire de périphérique Netduma? Le ping sur le test de vitesse de la console est juste pour ce serveur, ce n'est pas votre base de ping. Are you referring to the ping shown on the console speed test or the ping shown by the Netduma device manager? The ping on the console speed test is just to that server, it's not your base ping.
  6. If you're getting much lower speeds then make sure you have everything set like this, then redo your tests: Reactive Algorithm 100% anti-flood Share excess enabled Reset device prioritisation & apply Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc Disable deep packet in misc Enable turbo mode Ensure the ethernet cables you're using connecting the R1 to hub & R1 to PC are Cat5e+/can handle your speeds. Do a wired speed test from a PC
  7. Yeah it's possible that ping assist caught it. Would do strict on and ping assist 0 and see how you go.
  8. Great to see that, let us know how you get on!
  9. Content de vous entendre résolu votre problème. Vous obtenez des vitesses plus rapides que dans les tests de vitesse de la console? Rien à craindre, ils sont généralement inexacts Glad to hear you resolved your issue. You get faster speeds than you should on the console speed tests? Nothing to worry about, they are generally inaccurate
  10. Double check this to make sure you're getting the fastest possible speeds on a wired PC: Reactive Algorithm 100% anti-flood Share excess enabled Reset device prioritisation & apply Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc Disable deep packet in misc Enable turbo mode Enable super turbo mode Ensure the ethernet cables you're using connecting the R1 to hub & R1 to PC are Cat5e+/can handle your speeds. Do a wired speed test from a PC As said before console speed tests can be inaccurate. I believe they have a download rate limit as well if you're downloading a game for example. You have plenty of bandwidth for gaming as well.
  11. Sounds like exactly what it says that the download rate dropped very suddenly. Repeating the test did you get it every time or was it just a one off?
  12. Yep as above. Preemptive is an algorithm we created and Reactive is fq_codel I believe.
  13. Hey, welcome to the forum! Hard turn off the console Disable Geo-filter on Duma Hub in modem mode or R1 WAN IP from device manager into the DMZ on hub UPnP & port forwarding disabled on the hub UPnP OR port forwarding enabled on the Duma, not both UPnP forwarding disabled in Duma miscellaneous settings Boot up console - check network settings - should be open or NAT Type 2 (open) Boot up game - should be open If port forwarding try: 80 UDP/TCP 443 UDP/TCP 1935 UDP/TCP 3074 UDP/TCP 3478-3480 UDP/TCP
  14. Do you see anything on the Geo-filter at all? If not specifically port forward for the game, do you see anything appearing now?
  15. Great to hear that! As your issue is resolved I'll close this thread, feel free to open another if needed
  16. If you go here https://netduma.com/order/netduma-r1-router/ add to cart and select Indonesia it'll give the total price including shipping.
  17. Glad to hear you're enjoying the router and thank you!
  18. Are you able to connect to the game with the Geo-filter on? When searching do you see anything being blocked at all?
  19. Thanks for the tip, not sure why that occurs but will look at that for DumaOS.
  20. I'll close this thread as you have another, please see: http://forum.netduma.com/topic/21206-sfv-25-patch-geofilter-not-working/
  21. Hey, welcome to the forum! Are you seeing anything being blocked when searching? Are you able to connect to the game with Geo-filter really strict?
  22. Consoles can be inaccurate, what are you getting from a wired PC?
