  1. Exactly as above!
  2. It is on the list to do so!
  3. Very odd, try reinstalling the firmware again and see if that works please
  4. It's highly likely this is a regression of an issue we had previously unfortunately, I'm going to see if I can reproduce the issue myself and find a workaround, I'll come back to you.

  6. It'd work you'd just need to port forward all the ports to the router
  7. Thank you for the feedback, glad the update is doing well for you!
  8. Okay so it's just not even connecting to the WiFi at all - not even just connecting but then not working? I mean, they might be referring to an issue we're aware of but it's not specifically a Sonos issue and if the issue is it just won't even connect to the router at all even without internet then that won't be it. Try changing the channels/widths just in case it's not liking one of them specifically.
  9. If you use a different web browser does it work? If not if you use the DumaOS mobile app does it work then?
  10. Try this link specifically: https://forum.netduma.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=38325&key=afda8f7d87048fcd675f5aeeba8b94e0 We haven't done anything with IPv6 specifically so it makes sense but thanks for letting us know that's still happening Let's continue in your topic
  11. Thanks for the reminder I'll chase the team on it!
  12. Yes high ping/instability due to the CPU issue should now be resolved
  13. I don't have Sonos so how does it work, is the device connecting to WiFi or a device specifically? If it's connecting to WiFi is it direct to the router or via a hub etc?
  14. Please read the first post and you'll see it
  15. What router are you trying to update and what firmware file are you trying to update with?
  16. That could be impacting it yes. That's right, the R3 has a built in firewall
  17. As a test if you put the PC in the DMZ on the R3 do you get open then? Either way remove it as it is a security risk
  18. What happens exactly?
  19. No DMZ should be absolutely fine, it's how most people run it
  20. Okay so it's working, just not finding the best possible values for you. Did it do better on a previous version or is it the same? I cannot assume that a feature isn't working is an inherent issue with the router, I have to investigate. Lets say for example I did that, I say to the team it's not working, the first thing they'll do is hit me with all the questions I'm asking users, I won't have the answers and I'll have to come back. Let's say they just accept my "it's not working" remark, they spend hours and hours worth of time and money trying to identify an issue they can't reproduce as it turns out it is a user side issue. That doesn't help anyone and certainly not the people reporting issues as that time could be better spent fixing issues that can be reproduced. Also, Ping Optimizer is not listed in the change log as having been fixed, it may work but as mentioned in the first post any issues that have been reported such as this will still be worked on. Resync the cloud please on Ping Heatmap and the Geo-Filter and see if it works please
  21. Great to hear it's working now, thanks for the update!
  22. Let us know how you get on with the new modem. Do you play any other games at all so you could compare your experience? I will get the team to have a look but may be hard to identify the cause based on the info
  23. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Click the rocket ship bottom left of the page What do you mean it can only get down to 65/28? SB has to be enabled for it to work yes. We're still working on boosting speeds with PPPoE if possible. Okay makes sense, we haven't changed anything in that regard so will look at it for future versions.
  24. The ports on the router are limited to 1Gbps and if you were to make the most of those speeds then currently you'd need to have the R3 in the DMZ on the ISP modem/router
