Mobile games cause that gaming activity counter to increase? Have you made any port forwarding rules for the console or put it in the DMZ etc?

Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ You're going to get different results using WiFi as the test works based off the device so best to do it from a wired PC if possible

Have you ever been able to get IPv6 working on the R3 so far?
-
Have you disabled UPnP at all? As above on this version I've seen it showing ports being opened correctly

Do you get the same issue direct to the modem? -
We may need to update the classification then, in the meantime prioritize by device instead and it will prioritize the game
-
I have already passed this onto the team actually so they should get that resolved

Alright keep us posted!

It's IP/MAC address may have changed potentially, it won't cause you any issues, it's purely aesthetic The same issue you were having before yes? We'll look into it. Interesting, how do you have Congestion Control set exactly? Keep us posted! The firmware wasn't made to affect gameplay specifically but to fix the bugs like you mentioned. If the previous version works best for you that's great. More firmware will be coming.

If you copy and pasted the list you would have tried to do a rule for 3074 for each device? Different platforms will handle friends differently, PC you may connect through a server for example

If your ping is good it may be quite hard to determine the cause, could just be the game. Do you notice a difference depending on the time of day that you play? -
You can't filter the game so would suggest removing it from the Geo-Filter. The offline part is fine if when playing you see it being prioritized in the middle of the page in the big pie chart, do you see that?

My settings for Good Hit detection MW3 <R3 Router
Netduma Fraser replied to Spritekid242's topic in Call of Duty Support
You've changed the max speed available for the entire network so yes it has slowed them down but the results do indicate that whatever throttling you were doing previously, it needs to be a bit more. Alternatively do the PingPlotter method to discover the best results for you.- 194 replies

Try disabling IPv6 for just LAN, then reboot the router and see if it works then please

Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
Okay thank you, I'll get Alex to sort it -
Just to double check, have you ever had an Open NAT? If you connect directly to the modem do you get an Open NAT?

Have you disabled SmartBOOST at all?
-
Okay well part of the problem is you can't port forward the same ports to two separate devices. Just do 3074 for the PC and 3075 for the console and see if that works. For parties you'll need to add people to your allow list on the Geo-Filter- we don't know who your friends are and the same for private matches or disable the Geo-Filter as you can't use it anyway in that scenario.

R3 Stuck on bootlop first time booting
Netduma Fraser replied to DARKNESS's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Thank you, I presume this is on the new .40 firmware? -
Without the device being connected to the router you wouldn't be able to set port forwards for it so that won't be it. Make a guest WiFi network on the R3 and see if it can connect to that instead.
