  1. So the R3 is connected via ethernet direct to the wall? You should set the Congestion Control percentages lower, that's what helps with lag/high ping, try 70% for download/upload and see if it helps. If not you may need to experiment with it further.
  2. This could be related to an issue we know about, in which case should be fixed pretty quickly. Are both devices on the same WiFi 2.4/2.4GHz, 5/5GHz or on different 2.4/5GHz etc
  3. I've sent you .23 which has Geo-Filter improvements in Could you try a factory reset please and then see? With all the updates it would be good to ensure remnants from previous versions aren't causing issues
  4. What firmware version are you using right now? There were improvements made on the .23 version
  5. Sorry for late reply, NYE! That's great to hear, so the Starlink still have routing functionality and was presumably impacting the traffic in some way. Thanks for the update. We haven't had many Starlink users so this is great for us to keep in mind for others.
  6. Should be an easy one for us to reproduce and fix so we'll get it sorted. Happy New Year!
  7. I've sent you the .23 firmware which has Geo-Filter improvements, see if that helps at all
  8. Could you disable SmartBOOST from the > Settings menu and see if it happens again please?
  9. You can sign up now, that's no problem
  10. Good advice above, you'll be limited to 1Gbps anyway and probably won't need QoS as much, though you could just leave Congestion Control at 100% and use SmartBOOST, you can still benefit from it
  11. Ah okay that's good to hear, do let us know if it happens again and we can look into it further
  12. Where are you testing speeds on the router or speedtest.net for example? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How is your ISP modem/router setup to pass through traffic to the R3?
  13. Okay thank you, I will pass it onto the team.
  14. Could you disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN please and then see if that prevents it?
  15. Have you followed the steps above to see if you notice any improvements - any specifics on what "sucks" about it?
  16. Make it accessible via reboot or however you're able to then could you disable SmartBOOST from the > Settings and see if it is more stable from then on please?
  18. I wouldn't have thought so no, given you've disabled all the options that other people have and it started working for them, I think it must be a deeper issue for you. I think it's best we get the team to remote in and have a look when they're back. As you don't get much time when you do have access I'll let you know when they're ready so you can take the necessary steps to allow them access. I'll get back to you.
  19. ¿Está el R2 en la DMZ del módem/enrutador de su ISP? ¿Cambió alguna configuración en el R2 específicamente para permitir que la PS obtenga una NAT abierta?
  20. As above we are aware and the team will look into it. Happy New Year!
  21. It's been six months since release so I would have thought they would have done it by now if they were planning to
  22. Exactly as above, Ping Assist is essentially an option that allows you to not miss out on any servers if they're low ping/below the value you set, regardless of where they are
  23. There isn't too much there to indicate why you would have received a disconnect. Has anything in your setup or settings changed recently?
  24. Oui, vous pouvez ajouter une liste via l'URL. Vous pouvez voir ce qui est inclus dans notre liste de blocage ici : https://netduma.com/adblocker-lists/default-list.txt
  25. Happy New Year everyone!
