  1. I've sent you the .23 firmware via PM, see if that helps at all. Geo-Latency is a filtering method just like using the radius/polygon so you're just switching the way you're filtering, getting low ping servers is still possible. No you shouldn't need to do that, what firmware version are you on?
  2. That's correct as you're not technically gaming until you're playing. As long as icons are showing on the map then it'll be working, it's just the reporting of the device being online so I'll pass that onto the team to resolve, thanks for the report.
  3. What firmware version are you on currently? I could send you .23 which might help
  4. Try my suggestions above please, experiment with steady ping on/off and fine tune Congestion Control
  5. Okay that's great, it's working then, it's just the online status it's reporting incorrectly. I'll pass that onto the team to have a look.
  6. Potentially but I wouldn't have thought so. Could you disable the protection options in WAN Settings and then test again please
  7. That menu on the SmartBOOST page, then go to settings and the enabled toggle is there
  8. Ah I see, if you remove the PC does it still happen with Steady Ping enabled? What's the service you have the PC added with?
  9. Please make a new topic and we can help you there Okay so based on the previous one, it's showing as prioritized but not in stats for nerds so some sort of disconnect going on there. I suspect it is prioritizing and stats for nerds won't be reporting correctly, thanks for letting us know, I will pass it on.
  10. Are you unplugging the router from power frequently?
  11. Given the age (10+ years) it could be a hardware issue now but what firmware version are you on? Has anything changed in your setup/settings prior to the issue?
  12. Could you try disabling SmartBOOST fully from the and see if it happens again please?
  13. Okay no worries, thanks for trying, I think it's just something the team will need to improve upon. Glad its playing well though!
  14. Okay so it might not be rebooting and instead disconnecting, when it happens can you access the interface immediately? Do all devices lose internet?
  15. There have been rumblings that Steady Ping has been affecting devices not added to the Geo-Filter so this sounds like it is plausible, thank you for the report, I will pass it onto the team to look into.
  16. You only need to prioritize it in one way so either the device, gaming or the game itself, if you remove all but one does it prioritize correctly. Good advice above for the Geo-Filter aspect.
  17. That is very strange, thanks for the reports, I'll get the team to have a look and see what they can improve!
  18. Not sure it's official but I've sent you the .21 version, let us know how you get on
  19. I've replied in your other topic: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53457-anybody-else-having-trouble-finding-games-with-the-geo-filter-on-mwiii/ let's continue there
  20. In addition to the above could you provide a screenshot of the page showing what you see please?
  21. Sent to you all via PM. Yes it's possible to downgrade if you have the firmware file for the version you want
  22. No worries, no I can't foresee any issues, the devices connected to the XR should appear on the device manager of the R3 so you can manage them individually with DumaOS 4
  23. That's really great to hear, thanks for the update, I've passed your suggestion along. You're very welcome!
  24. Good suggestion, I'll pass that onto the team!
