  1. Might be because it's a close IP to it that it thinks there is the potential for a conflict. Use routerlogin.net to login and you won't have the trouble of not knowing which is used
  2. On the developer console, go to the network tab, click to disable cache, click and hold the refresh button on the browser until empty cache and hard reload appears and click that, does it load correctly? Are you using Armor?
  3. Not getting you a game at all or getting a game outside your parameters or something else?
  4. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. That should help traffic flow properly. Add the console to the Geo-Filter, then reboot the console and see if it appears active when you're playing.
  5. It could also be IPv6, if you disable it in LAN/WAN it may help as well. The team will be on it!
  6. You're very welcome, anything else just let us know!
  7. Not TFTP, I mean accessing using 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm and upgrading from there
  8. It may be cache/cookies causing that issue then, if you clear that does it work?
  9. Gotcha, like the old table view, I'll add it to the list, thanks!
  10. Makes sense thanks!
  11. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  12. It would be great if you could check, then we know what we're dealing with and if you do have access if you could get the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting that would be really helpful. There should be firmware this coming week, don't know about VPN as I'm sure the team will want to focus on the bug fixes first.
  13. Use the Frostbite service, that covers it. The team are working on all issues so you should see more improvements being made this week coming
  14. No nothing currently, new firmware should start coming out next week
  15. Great to hear that! We'll be making improvements to it but assuming it is working correctly then it's advising what is best at that time, certain factors like time of day, ISP congestion etc could impact it. So if you're doing it at a quiet time of the day it could give a more conservative result.
  16. Great thanks for the IDs, will pass those on. Different variants of the dashboard is a great idea, I will add that to the list. So you'd like to see all that information at a glance basically instead of having to click on devices specifically?
  17. A reboot would fix most issues, a factory reset should be done if persistent settings changes aren't resulting in expected behavior and a reboot isn't helping
  18. That should only happen if your upstream modem/router is using 192.168.1.1, if you then change that or take it out of the equation and factory reset the XR it would go back to 1.1
  19. I don't know how .16 was downgraded to, to be honest, I don't even have that file but I can send .17 which I have done - wouldn't recommend it though
  20. Okay interesting thank you, I will pass that onto the team to take a look at.
  21. Use the link above to re-install the firmware, wait 4 minutes then do a factory reset, wait 4 minutes and should work better then
  22. It's likely the console caching everything, so the above should help but the team will be looking into it regardless. I would recommend it yes. Any Geo-Filter settings you want to change when you're already on the game I would suggest either rebooting the game or console
  23. Try this, remove the console from the Geo-Filter and in the Device Manager change it to a PC then re-add it to the Geo-Filter, does it work better then?
  24. Interesting, could you get the logs from the troubleshooting page when that happens please and also check direct to the modem on whether you get disconnects
  25. What firmware version are you on currently?
