There is only this firmware for 3.0 on the R1
-
You just need to port forward on the R3 for the PC
-
There is a new firmware I'll allow people to try tomorrow (provided there are no major issues overnight) and while it doesn't specifically have Geo-Filter changes, there are changes that affect the overall stability and should allow you to have a better experience.
-
There will be a new firmware tomorrow most likely so may as well wait for that.
-
I doubt you'll get much higher than that if I'm honest. You've probably seen what I've posted around but just in case: Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ The only other option which I could think of would perhaps be to try different router antennae that may boost the speed and range slightly.

How do you export blocked server list?
Netduma Fraser replied to LightsOut's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Wow that's crazy, that functionality does not exist currently but it has been requested so it may be implemented in the future. Out of interest as I have never seen anyone use it to that extent, the more you've blocked servers, as time has gone on has this resulted in a better experience? -
I've chased the team, they're going to try and get this done next week
-
We haven't pushed the firmware and we won't at the moment, it's being tested, once I'm happy with it I'll let people try it tomorrow.

News about the new firmware update
Netduma Fraser replied to TG3NOC1D3's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Yes it will be .40 -
Totally makes sense! Assuming test reports are all good I'll allow people to try it tomorrow.

If you disable the Geo-Filter do you still get the same issue?
-
Use port forwarding then and that will allow you to get open
-
Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely including from the system tray Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

XR1000 Login Page issues
Netduma Fraser replied to Zordrak's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
It's possible they have blocked local IPs e.g. to prevent you accessing your corporate router for example, maybe ask the IT dept? -
Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
-
Go to WiFi settings > advanced and you can do it from there, then connect the headset to 2.4 or 5GHz and see if it works
-
Split the WiFi bands, sometimes smart devices don't like automatic band switching, once disabled try to connect to 2.4 or 5GHz and see if that works
-
It is unlikely the beta version we post will be made an official public version, at least not for awhile. Even though it may be the last firmware with feature additions we do still intend on providing bug fixes where possible after that. I do understand peoples frustration and I do what I can to push for updates but I'm limited on what I can do in that regard unfortunately.

Netduma Fraser replied to Ganerineur's topic in Call of Duty Support
Do you only see this issue in private matches or through matchmaking as well? -
Disable the Geo-Filter then reboot the game, does it appear open then? If not then you will likely need to use Port Forwarding to get it to open

XR 500 - Poor benchmarks
Netduma Fraser replied to leeb123's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
If you don't know what they are then you don't have them as they would have required you to enter them manually. Let us know how you get on. -
There is no difference in the options, it will still work. How do you have the Geo-Filter setup exactly?
-
Are you referring to Bandwidth Allocation? You don't need to give that much to gaming, it barely uses 1Mbps. What are your Congestion Control and Traffic Prioritization settings specifically?
