  1. You shouldn't be able to really as it could cause conflicts
  2. That would be great thank you!
  3. Ah okay so if you shut down the router fully it then works as normal?
  4. The not secure isn't an error, it's because you're connecting to the interface via HTTP not HTTPS which is fine as the interface isn't accessible from the internet. You shouldn't need to TFTP but a reboot, close the tab, wait 4 minutes and it should load
  5. Your base ping is dependent on the server you're testing for that, depending on your routing to that server it could be higher/lower than expected. I mean I wouldn't have expected that low a ping at all but how does it play? Does it play like that is the ping you have?
  6. On the WiFi page, if you switch to 5GHz, does it show Online (Broadcasting) ?
  7. For a pure modem you can only have one router/device connected to it - basically a pure modem doesn't have the capability to determine where traffic will go, that's why a router is used
  8. Interesting okay, thanks for that, I'll keep it in mind and pass it along to the team in case it has any significance!
  9. Yes the team will make fixes and put out firmware when ready but it is working so that's the main thing!
  10. That's because you're telling the router to pass ALL traffic through to that Xbox and then giving it conflicting instructions to do something else. You'll have to go with port forwarding or DMZ, can't do both.
  11. We're aware of WPS and will resolve that. A lot of smart devices don't like the automated band switching of WiFi so split the bands and manually connect to 2.4 or 5GHz and see if they work.
  12. It has been requested for potential future inclusion. How does it crash exactly?
  13. It's a different router/software so it won't necessarily be possible to mirror the settings. Also that works for them but they may live in a different country, have a different connection/setup etc. The best thing to do is find the settings that work best for you.
  14. I don't know why that would be the case at all but I will certainly pass it onto the team to have a look at.
  15. It's publicly available here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ try that please
  16. Could you try to initiate the reboot from the DumaOS app available in the app store and see if you get the same thing please?
  17. Do you have speed test bypass enabled? We know it won't always be possible to get the full speeds with PPPoE so we'll be looking at improving that if possible.
  18. It's likely a spike to the server rather than a spike on your entire connection, seems to only happen for a second. Try forcing a different server and see if you get the same thing.
  19. Try this, remove the console from the Geo-Filter and in the Device Manager change it to a PC then re-add it to the Geo-Filter, does it work better then?
  20. No that wouldn't be the case, if you port forward it should work fine while we work on UPnP I wouldn't have thought so but it is possible
  21. Yes exactly, if you still can't connect to them then it won't be the router and will be the game
  22. I've sent you all the firmware via PM. You can install it from Settings > Troubleshooting. Once it's complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset. That's very strange, not seen that before, I don't suppose you took a picture of the error you received? Either way I'll pass it on to see if it can be reproduced. What was the version you were on before, .20 or .21?
  23. What do you mean by create a new wired connection? On the console make it search for a connection via ethernet?
  24. If you could do the inspect element things I suggested and provide the screenshot I can pass the errors on That's good to hear, I'm sure the team will get it sorted.
