Not really outright, what is it you're wanting to block specifically? Perhaps there is a workaround

Yes you would get strict/moderate NAT using a VPN, that's expected. If using a DNS address didn't give you an strict/moderate NAT then I would say that it wasn't really VPNing your connection at all. Google my ip with the DNS on default, then do the same with the DNS set, do they match? Are you able to connect the PlayStation via ethernet to see if it still happens? -
Okay well that's the issue, it has all the available servers listed so the router doesn't know which one to use. You'll need to remove all but one of the route line entries to select that server and then it should connect and work better.

Steady Ping and Smartboost not working for Marvel Rivals

It has been added back in the latest Early Access update so must have been a regression. Yeah that would be a good idea, thanks! Yes it should work just the same, all it needs to do is to allow you to add the PC to the Geo-Filter without having to select a specific game. I do like that idea and I'll certainly pass it onto the team! -
Does the Geo-Filter show servers with that same console/device added? When playing does Network Monitor show traffic for that same device? Have you done any port forwarding rules for the device or put it in the DMZ? Have you done a Traffic Controller rule for the device?

Right okay so you're actually trying to use a VPN just by using the DNS? I'd say if it's happening every 30 minutes that's likely on the VPN side, nothing on the router happens like clock work that frequently. If you're going to use a VPN it would be best to use it with HybridVPN on the router. You can just download the logs and provide them here. -

What DNS are you using specifically? Please get the logs from the R3 settings when the issue happens -

And you've confirmed the WAN IP of the R3 hasn't changed? Reserve an IP address for the PlayStation on the R3 also then reboot the console -
What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? Can you provide a screenshot of the QoS page please? How is the Xbox connected, via ethernet or WiFi? Is it connected directly or going through an AP/switch etc?

I wrote this last Thursday: "So we have made a good amount of progress and I do expect we'll be able to resolve the downgrade/upgrade issue along with a few of the other issues brought up, just a matter of finalizing it all, testing it in house, refining it necessary then we can get it out to you guys. I can't/won't give an ETA and of course we're even more wary now about releasing without being sure it's in a stable condition."

So when you're in a game actually playing it doesn't show it's prioritizing at all?

Take it out of bridge and put the R3 WAN IP in its DMZ instead, then set that IP as static/reserved on the ISP modem/router and see if it performs better then. Some modem/bridge modes are not the best and I find the DMZ then works better. -

Yes that's correct -

The DNS you set wouldn't change if the IP changes. The router isn't changing an IP, it will be the ISP modem/router renewing the IP of the router. Set this as static/reserved on the ISP modem/router and that should resolve it. Otherwise please provide more information about what appears to be happening -
Check the IP of the Xbox on the device itself, then double check the IP on the Device Manager for the device you think it is, do the IPs match? If not find it then re-name it and add that one to prioritization.

It could be ISP congestion or your routing to that particular server. 45ms is probably about right but it does depend on the servers, I get 40ms to Apex Spain servers for example. I suspect it will start to improve this week
