  2. You wouldn't need to downgrade, the latest firmware would have changes from all the previous versions. Are you connecting to it via ethernet or WiFi? If you access using 192.168.1.1 instead does that work?
  3. It may well disconnect but it should reconnect again and be fine. Just to double check, its the IP on the box that its given to the R3/the WAN IP in the R3 WAN Settings page you're using? If so set that IP as static/reserved on your box also, set in the DMZ, then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes and everything should work
  4. I can barely see those to write them down, if you could copy and paste them it would be a lot easier. The 2 from the last screenshot at least are Atlanta and normal game servers

  7. It's likely because the Geo-Filter is failing, I've added you to Early Access, upgrade to that version and see if it works better. There isn't enough log entries there to tell what the issue is, I'd need the full log https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  8. What does the app show when you try to login unsuccessfully? Are you on the latest DumaOS mobile app update? What iPhone/iOS version are you on? What firmware version are you on currently? Can you provide the logs when its showing that please?

  10. Under what circumstances did it disconnect? Did all devices disconnect? Either factory reset from Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase then close the tab, wait 4 minutes then access or make sure for the hardware method that its definitely the button where you put a thin tool like a pin in to hold the button, hold for 30 seconds, release, wait 4 minutes then access.
  11. Did it happen during a heavy download, when the network was quiet etc? Is Smart Connect enabled or disabled? If it happens again please grab the log from the System Information page, that will give us an indication of what may be happening. For Device Not Found: It's likely a device from the Device Manager has been deleted that was added to Traffic Prioritization on the QoS page. You have two options to remove the error and restore functionality: Factory reset Reconnect the device to the router via the same method (ethernet or WiFi), give it the same name as you had previously in the Device Manager as well as give it the same device type in the Device Manager
  12. How often is WiFi dropping connection? Is it occurring during heavy downloads, when the network is quiet etc?
  13. It's not cycling the lights? Set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.1.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.1.1 DNS: 192.168.1.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.1.1 please and see if it works.
  14. Are you rebooting the router while HybridVPN is enabled? If so we're aware of that, make sure to disable it before rebooting Just the Device Manager page that happens to? How often is WiFi dropping connection? Is it occurring during heavy downloads, when the network is quiet etc?

  16. That's something we'd need to update on our side. Game servers don't always respond to pings so you won't always see a ping value unfortunately
  17. Bypass the router for a few days (i.e. over the weekend ideally) and connect directly to your ISP modem/router, do you get the same issues or is it consistently low the entire weekend?
  18. Can you provide the IDs for some of those Atlanta servers you've blocked please? It may be some are required to be connected to. You haven't blocked any servers around Ireland have you?
  19. We don't make topics on the new NTGR firmware updates, especially if it's not had any changes from us. It's just some security updates so overall functionality will not have changed.
  20. Hello. On the ping map, selecting the game FC25 shows me the servers, and so far, everything is fine. When I go to Geo-Filter and trace the area of interest, a server appears that the game connects to but does not show on the ping map. Why does this server not exist on the ping map when selecting the game FC25? Then yesterday on Geo-Filter, when I opened the game FC25, all the servers appeared, as always, including the one in Palermo (Sicily), which is very close to my town (Lascari) with a ping of 1 ms, but the system did not connect to it even though it was within my range. This server has never appeared for me; it only showed up yesterday, and I managed to add it to the allowed servers. Could you provide me with clarifications regarding this? They will add and remove servers all the time, the Geo-Filter shows active connections made, Ping Heatmap shows a the ping to a set list of servers so we may need to update it. 1ms would be impossible so that won't actually be a server you could connect to, likely just a glitch
  21. For the Geo-Filter it would be best if you did the PC to PlayStation device type in the Device Manager so it can then be added to the Geo-Filter as a console. People will try lots of different things and if they get a good experience they will assume that is the best way to use it but the truth is there are lots of variables and so I would suggest using QoS most of the time. No specific recommendations for percentage just start at 70% and fine tune from there if needed.
  22. Lacking in what way, what is it you're wanting/needing exactly? We almost certainly will yes but I couldn't say when that might be. It's very unlikely we'll provide it as a software that can be flashed to any router though.
  23. As I mentioned before that is peak time congestion from your ISP, nothing has changed on your side when that happens so there is nothing you can do on your side at that time. When ACC is available for the R3 it may help with that but I can't guarantee it.
