Do you still have devices connected to your 5G box? Where are you testing the speeds exactly?

Okay do a factory reset first from the interface, wait 4 minutes then check your speed please, if its still low then do what I mentioned before please: Go to the Device Manager and switch to the table view (click top left of the Device Manager panel), then provide a screenshot of that page please

It'll be much easier for me to help resolve the issue if you're on the firmware I mentioned

If you're getting a strict NAT direct to the AP then that will need to be sorted first before you're able to get an Open NAT through the router. Just explain the issue you're having, don't mention the router, just say it's happening when your device is directly connected to the AP

The expose option is what you want to use for the DMZ aspect I mentioned, that will resolve the double NAT. If you've been using PPPoE this whole time then it's likely the PPPoE issue we're aware of in which case that will need a fix. What's the NAS issue?

It looks like you're using PPPoE again, are you not using the other method metioned before? That would be better to do - we're already aware of a PPPoE issue so if you're getting it without using that, that's what we need to diagnose

They're getting the issue with & without PPPoE so it's not a PPPoE specific issue, we will fix the specific PPPoE issue

No that's not needed, I think you may struggle to get an Open NAT - connect the PS5 direct to the AP, do you get an Open NAT on the game then?

And is the ping stable at 8ms? That is an exceptionally good ping, 5ms is basically LAN so I can't see how you'd be experiencing lag at least from any cause on your side. What is actually happening when you try to connect via WiFi? What settings do you change after a factory reset exactly?

It shouldn't always be needed and the above should do a good job at getting an open NAT anyway but its a good suggestion, I'll pass it on to the team!

In WAN Settings on the XR set NAT to Open, then reboot your gaming device and check your NAT again

You're on a very old firmware version, I would highly suggest you upgrade to this version: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35821-new-r1-firmware-30207/ If you insist on staying on that version then it will be very difficult to help you as that software hasn't been used for about 8 years at least and it's changed drastically since then.

Yeah provide the logs when it happens again, it's unlikely anything will show but worth a try

Is there any pattern you can determine as to when it happens? It's very unusual for that kind of behavior to be a router specific issue

Are you using an Adblocker at all or the Adblocker on the router itself?

I've moved your post into your original topic for consistency as I had no idea what you were referring to. It'd be a good idea to do a factory reset from the interface now that you're on this version and see what issues remain. What is actually happening when you try to connect via WiFi? What ping are you seeing in game and on the Geo-Filter? What game are you playing? When are you playing? Factory reset should help with the slow access

Upgrade to this firmware please and check again: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ We've not had any further reports on that issue which would be the case if its a cloud issue

Not servers you have blocked manually but those blocked from being outside your radius - only specifically when you're trying to use Discord, they should appear on the map so you can then manually allow them

We wouldn't have got the early access or ultimate edition so would wait for the standard edition. A new firmware wouldn't be needed, it would just be a cloud update but most likely it'll work exactly the same as the previous one but we'll test it when we can and make any necessary changes if required.

Check the Geo-Filter map for blocked servers - zoom out fully - then add them to your allow list, you may need to do this a few times, then it shouldn't be an issue any more. If you could then provide those server IDs we can get them added to the global whitelist

I don't think the game has been released yet has it? Most likely in the same locations though but we'll test it when we're able to
