  1. They're getting the issue with & without PPPoE so it's not a PPPoE specific issue, we will fix the specific PPPoE issue
  2. No that's not needed, I think you may struggle to get an Open NAT - connect the PS5 direct to the AP, do you get an Open NAT on the game then?
  3. Sounds good, keep us posted!
  4. And is the ping stable at 8ms? That is an exceptionally good ping, 5ms is basically LAN so I can't see how you'd be experiencing lag at least from any cause on your side. What is actually happening when you try to connect via WiFi? What settings do you change after a factory reset exactly?
  5. It shouldn't always be needed and the above should do a good job at getting an open NAT anyway but its a good suggestion, I'll pass it on to the team!
  6. In WAN Settings on the XR set NAT to Open, then reboot your gaming device and check your NAT again
  7. Good to hear! It's very unlikely it's died, we'll look into it. No need but appreciate it!
  8. You're on a very old firmware version, I would highly suggest you upgrade to this version: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35821-new-r1-firmware-30207/ If you insist on staying on that version then it will be very difficult to help you as that software hasn't been used for about 8 years at least and it's changed drastically since then.
  9. Yeah provide the logs when it happens again, it's unlikely anything will show but worth a try
  10. Is there any pattern you can determine as to when it happens? It's very unusual for that kind of behavior to be a router specific issue
  11. Are you using an Adblocker at all or the Adblocker on the router itself?
  12. I've moved your post into your original topic for consistency as I had no idea what you were referring to. It'd be a good idea to do a factory reset from the interface now that you're on this version and see what issues remain. What is actually happening when you try to connect via WiFi? What ping are you seeing in game and on the Geo-Filter? What game are you playing? When are you playing? Factory reset should help with the slow access
  13. Upgrade to this firmware please and check again: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ We've not had any further reports on that issue which would be the case if its a cloud issue
  14. Not servers you have blocked manually but those blocked from being outside your radius - only specifically when you're trying to use Discord, they should appear on the map so you can then manually allow them
  15. We wouldn't have got the early access or ultimate edition so would wait for the standard edition. A new firmware wouldn't be needed, it would just be a cloud update but most likely it'll work exactly the same as the previous one but we'll test it when we can and make any necessary changes if required.
  16. Check the Geo-Filter map for blocked servers - zoom out fully - then add them to your allow list, you may need to do this a few times, then it shouldn't be an issue any more. If you could then provide those server IDs we can get them added to the global whitelist
  17. I don't think the game has been released yet has it? Most likely in the same locations though but we'll test it when we're able to
  18. I meant for you to send an email to [email protected] with your full name not provide your email and full name here. If you could still email us though please with a link to this topic and we'll go from there
  19. A picture of the broken antenna is what I was after. Email with your full name and I can look up the order that way
  20. Send a picture to [email protected] along with your order number and we can go from there
  21. We can send new antennae if necessary, however, it is likely it's just that it's come apart instead of breaking, check the video to see if that applies + how to fix. If that's not it please provide a picture of how they're broken please antennaepop.mp4
  22. Great! Settings > LAN > Port Forwarding
  23. Go to the Device Manager and switch to the table view (click top left of the Device Manager panel), then provide a screenshot of that page please
  24. Okay thanks, may be that we need to do a cloud update, there are a few in the pipeline waiting for EE approval so it is likely it will be resolved fairly soon
