  1. I will pass it on, thanks for the chase!
  2. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  3. That was a week ago so it's working now as you can see in your screenshot so you can see it like that. It is Easter holidays so the servers will be under more load than usual
  4. Yes I know, follow the steps I mentioned and the Geo-Filter will start to work properly for your PC
  5. Sorry I don't understand, could you clarify please?
  6. We'd always suggest if you're going to use a VPN to VPN the entire device, there is no need to specify ports other than doing what you're doing. The game are taking steps to counteract VPNs so keep that in mind as it may be what you're seeing. If you're going to use the Geo-Filter then assuming there is a game server in the same location as the VPN server then it should cover this yes but the Geo may not work correctly with the VPN enabled.
  7. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  8. No, if you've changed your PC to a PlayStation then when you add it to the Geo-Filter you should select the device and the only thing you can do is click finish. In some cases if will give you the option recommended or manual, if you do get that option then choose recommended.
  9. I suspect it's because of the ports you're using, if you apply it to the whole device it will work - we're unable to provide advice that would help you circumvent SBMM
  10. We don't generally provide a public facing list of issues on any router/firmware version. Issues reported on a firmware don't generally apply to everyone using it, have you tried the version? I can't really say anything, I'm not a dev but I would imagine that the bug comes to the forefront when triggered by certain settings/traffic, an overload of traffic etc. Not every bug is immediately obvious and these things can take time to appear but I've been told it was fixed so that'll be on DumaOS 4. The cloud just affects the servers on Heatmap/Geo-Filter really, nothing vital to the routers normal functioning.
  11. It doesn't appear you've done the process above as it still shows Call of Duty series, double check you've done the above steps. If you have then delete it from the Geo-Filter and re-add it again and select the recommended option.
  12. Could you provide a screenshot of the HybridVPN page please as it looks currently?
  13. It's been removed temporarily, we'll add it back as soon as we can
  14. Good question, I don't have a solid concrete answer for you but as far as I am aware it is still on hold so I'd suggest tempering expectations.
  15. It is indicating that the username/password you've entered are incorrect, double check you're inputting the correct credentials or generate new credentials if necessary. Some VPNs give you a separate username/password to connect to the VPN instead of the username/password you login to their website with.
  16. Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Also disable Geo-Latency and set Ping Assist to 0. Have the Geo-Filter enabled before you start the game/game client, if you make any changes to the Geo-Filter when on the game then restart the game otherwise it will not adhere to your new changes. Does HybridVPN show the VPN as connected? How are you determining the VPN isn't working?
  17. Go to the Device Manager Click your PC Click the Pencil in the panel that has opened on the right Click the 1st controller icon on the second row then click save
  18. If this is a DPI issue which it sounds like it could be if disabling prevents the issue for you then this has been fixed with the DumaOS 4 Early Access firmware so if you update to that the issue should stop
  19. They're actively trying to work against people using VPNs so that's what I'd expect that part to be at least. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? Could you provide an uncropped screenshot of the Geo-Filter page and also the Geo-Filter settings menu please?
  20. I'm not a developer so take this a healthy dose of I may be incorrect - ISP routers have the hardware capability that is tailored specifically for PPPoE - especially if they're actually utilizing PPPoE for your connection, this is why you can get the higher speeds. I think with the R3 it doesn't have that specific hardware acceleration to get that last bit out of your higher speeds so their implementation mostly uses hardware and ours software so the 725 is actually quite good. This does raise the point though that we then need to try to generate that extra hardware acceleration with purely software where the software is also doing lots of other things like actively checking traffic to see if it should be prioritized etc so it's not necessarily an easy task.
  21. Great, look forward to an update!
  22. Added - it's very unlikely HybridVPN will be implemented unfortunately
  23. Sounds good, look forward to your update
  24. Take the tim hub out of modem/bridge mode then set the R3 to DHCP instead of PPPoE
  25. Did you restart the game after making that change? If not you will need to do so. If you change settings while on the game it will not filter correctly until you reboot the game.
