If that's the case then it won't be a DumaOS issue I don't think, if DumaOS crashes/has issues then even if it is inaccessible that URL remains accessible. So would indicate something fundamental on the NG side has gone awry. You could try with AP mode enabled and see if that keeps access, that disables DumaOS and most of the NG settings, if it still occurs then it could be some sort of incompatibility within the setup you're using that it doesn't like

Sounds like a cool idea, I'll pass it along to the team!

Le Geofilter ne marche pas : Quid de Hybrid VPN ?
Netduma Fraser replied to BiTTrigger's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Go to the Device Manager Click your PC Click the Pencil in the panel that has opened on the right Click the 1st controller icon on the second row then click save Also you need to disable Geo-Latency to prevent servers being allowed outside your radius/zones -
HybridVPN is a VPN client, yes like OpenVPN client. You're pasting the contents of the files into HybridVPN and the contents of that file dictates the server location - you would download this from your provider. You said the provider doesn't have a username/password for the VPN: Using '1' for the username & password may allow it to connect Otherwise, ask them what username/password to use

Steady Ping and Smartboost not working for Marvel Rivals
Netduma Fraser replied to DaBoy98's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Good catch, I'm not sure why that has disappeared, likely a regression, I will check with the team. No it will just apply for that feature, a reboot will prompt a redownload of all the cloud files though. Being able to select the individual games you play on the Geo-Filter is great, however, the downside is that these services can become outdated quite quickly, especially with frequent game updates. As we're unable to update these services fast enough, this leads to that game service not working properly, i.e. not showing servers, not blocking properly etc. Changing the PC to a Games Console, be it an Xbox or PlayStation (I just say PlayStation for continuity, there is no real difference) allows the Geo-Filter to always work for that game as it won't become out of date (relies on ports which rarely change, rather than DPI). So I usually advise it when people are on PC and have Geo-Filter issues - 9/10 times that resolves it. I also advise it if they are on PC but it is working with their specific game more as a preventative, keeping them gaming for longer rather than coming back to ask for help again. -
We may need to update the cloud for the game but it will still be prioritized the way you have it set

All your stats are good! I doubt IPv6 would give you much in the way of performance gains if you do have it but you can try to enable it and do an IPv6 test online to see if you have it

Problème de performance netduma R2 avec la beta duma os 4

When it happens again and while connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. -

Your ISP would have told you usually if you're able to use it. The ISP modem/router may detail it. Most likely due to the Easter holidays - more people playing the game (especially because of the update) so there is more load on the game servers. More people online/at home also means more ISP congestion and so with those two combined this could account for increased ping and decreased game performance. It's unlikely given you've not changed anything why pings would suddenly rise.

Definitely looks like DHCP in your case: Give devices a reserved/static IP on the router Extend the DHCP lease time See if that helps after a reboot

Does your internet provider give you an IPv6 address? If not then you can keep it disabled.

No worries, let us know your questions and we'll be happy to help. There is also support.netduma.com you can look at as well as the help options on the router interface in some feature settings.

Added - let us know how you get on, I would suggest a factory reset after the upgrade has fully completed (wait at least 5 mins after upgrading and verify you can access the new interface first). If it still occurs start a new topic and we can help.

Your router auto-upgraded, you'll need to re-upgrade to the beta and then it will appear on the Geo-Filter: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ Alternatively follow these steps and it will work despite not being specifically selected: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client -
If you prioritize the device running the program then all traffic from that device will be prioritized
