  1. Disable Geo-Latency and reboot the game, it will stick to your radius then. If it's unable to ping the server then it won't be able to stabilize as it doesn't know what the ping is to aim for. Specific games can become out of date quickly but 'Gaming' should still cause it to be prioritized and adding your device to prioritize will act as a backup. If you opened the ports then they will be working if those are the ports used, do you have an Open NAT? If so you're all good
  2. Game requests aren't guarantees that they will be added, it depends on quite a number of things, for example BF6 & BO7 have been/are included as its what the majority of our customer base play. Games that we've had 1 or 2 requests for will take longer to implement.
  3. There is a cloud update rolling out now that includes support for FC26 so by the end of the week you should notice it being detected
  4. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/153-xr1000-beta-forum/
  5. The interface is wholly loaded from your specific router, no connection to us to make that happen. Are you able to access using 192.168.77.1 through your web browser?
  6. Could you provide some screenshots of the PingPlotter graphs you were getting while doing the tests please? At 100% QoS wouldn't even be enabled so I can't say the test would have been accurate to report that at that value.
  7. That's the issue with letting them know what additional routers you may be using, I'm not saying all but some will pass the blame, go back to them, say you took their advice, got rid of it and you still have the same issue. Take the router out so if they come they don't see it and see how it goes then.
  8. We're aware Ping Optimizer isn't 100% reliable currently and we're looking to fix that for the next version. In the meantime you can adjust Congestion Control manually to achieve the same effect which can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced. I've given you Early Access so you can upgrade to that firmware to see if interface access is improved https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  9. We don't give out ETAs as you know, once the team finalize a build they're happy with they will make the selections from the poll topic and add them to the group
  10. That's fine but I've told you through the router the 20Mbps speeds you are getting is expected with OpenVPN so I can't help you achieve more than that. If you want more than that then you'll have to use Wireguard to achieve 100Mbps. What's the phone you have out of interest?
  11. Well I can't speak to how it behaved previously, I can just tell you that it will automatically switch, based on necessity, things like speed, stability etc and the only way to pick is to split the bands and connect specifically to the one you want
  12. It will automatically switch you to the appropriate band based on need, higher bandwidth applications will use 5GHz and lower will use 2.4GHz mostly. If you want to have choice over which you connect to then you'll have to split the bands and connect to 5GHz specifically.
  13. As in you got a server in around the area you actually live? Disable Geo-Latency then reboot the game and try again
  14. Change it to use a different channel and width and see if it works better then please Are both devices older or newer?
  15. I wouldn't worry about that test specifically, instead follow this guide https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ while downloading & start with 95% for Congestion Control (set to Always), check results, decrease by 10%, check, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good & then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. It will be more of a real world test.
  16. "most people wouldn’t upgrade from a R3 to R4" what are you basing that on without an R4 being announced and with no details on what it could be?
  17. Ah I see, it may be you need a cloud update on that platform, we will be doing so this week I believe but there will definitely be servers within that area you've selected. Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter If you're on PC then give it the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client
  18. Good advice above! We'll be doing more cloud updates including addressing the Oklahoma servers always appearing
  19. Where is your location and radius covering? What do you mean you can't find the servers on Heatmap? If there aren't any on heatmap where you've set your radius then you will get that issue
  20. Just a small list of things you want then! A router doesn't need a neural processing unit, the hardware is important to a point but there is a point where you're just adding to it unnecessarily which will have no extra benefits and will just raise the price.
  21. It's already available as an option to choose when using a PC. If you're using a console it will only add as a console, you don't pick the specific game.
  22. Sorry I'm not quite understanding the issue, can you clarify please?
  23. I couldn't say, I don't know under what circumstances you've got those servers there for, if they're all for the same reason you've mentioned then that's fine we'll take a look. There could be an infinite number of reasons, I really can't give you a specific answer on that one. Probably better to make a new topic and we can dive into things in a bit more detail.
