  1. Added - do a factory reset after you've confirmed the update has gone through successfully (i.e. you've accessed DumaOS 4 for the first time)
  2. Try going to Manage > WiFi Controls then you should see an option to setup WiFi enhancer at the top if you haven't set it up yet
  3. Your connection definitely looks very stable, try forcing other servers, even if the ping is slightly higher, that should improve your experience
  4. That aspect they work both the same way, if there is no active traffic then there is nothing to prioritize, there also wouldn't be any need as there is no purpose to prioritize something that isn't doing anything. It's like choosing the fastest route to a destination without getting in the car and driving there, unless you get in the car and start driving that fastest route doesn't mean anything
  5. Chrome in Settings will be forcing HTTPS so if you disable that/add the interface as an exception it should then work better
  6. Good to hear, thanks for your purchase!
  7. Does it work in incognito mode? Ping Heatmap is to get an idea of where the servers are located so it informs your decisions about where to force servers using the Geo-Filter. The London server being slightly apart won't make any differences at all, it is still the London server
  8. If you've done this: Disable Geo-Latency Disable Ping Assist Enable the Geo-Filter before launching the game If you make any changes on the Geo-Filter while you're on the game then restart the game Haven't manually added/blocked any servers that might interfere with the search Then yes like just the game using the relay servers to put you wherever it wants unfortunately
  9. They're different features and won't show the servers in the exact same positions so that's fine. I don't even know how you're getting that low a ping to begin with but no it's very unlikely you'll be optimize 2ms to 1ms, that difference is also imperceptible so you wouldn't notice a difference. If it fails again resync the cloud for heatmap and see if it pings
  10. @frontline1967have you tested that 70% for download/upload on Congestion Control are the ideal values for your connection? It sounds like you may need to adjust these further: Follow this guide https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ while downloading & start with 95% for Congestion Control (set to Always), check results, decrease by 10%, check, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good & then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. How do you have SmartBOOST setup specifically (not Congestion Control)? The NAT status can be impacted by the Geo-Filter blocking the server used to test the NAT status, it doesn't mean you're switching to moderate, it just means it can't read that it's open but it still will be open. To confirm, when it shows moderate, disable the Geo-Filter, reboot the game and check again.
  11. What do you mean by flooded exactly?
  12. Disable the Geo-Filter, do you get a game then? By recent update do you mean a game update or a router update you've done?
  13. Are you saying it's underperforming purely on the speeds you're getting through it? If so, what speeds are you getting via ethernet to speedtest.net? If not, what is your metric you're using to determine it's underperforming? With some ISPs swapping out the main router completely can result in speeds being throttled for a week or so. You can either wait to see if they get better or if you copy the MAC address of the ISP router and set the XR to use that instead it gets around the throttle as it thinks the original router is still being used. Being biased I'd say yes but I'd need more information about what it is you're wanting exactly to give you a better answer. Short answer is the XR series won't get DumaOS 4 and updates will be limited/far between. So if you want more up to date software with newer features the R3 would be the better option.
  14. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? Are you testing via ethernet or WiFi?
  15. You can prioritize the PS5 specifically rather than target gaming etc but if it's not doing anything then there won't be anything to prioritize
  16. Chrome might be forcing the browser to connect via HTTPS which doesn't work well or you may have an Adblocker installed on it that is interfering. The southern one there will be the London one, it's just not pinpoint accurate on the map
  17. Can you get a game with the Geo-Filter disabled? Are you connected to a VPN?
  18. The team are going to attempt to reproduce the issue to see if they're able to resolve it, we'll come back to you
  19. Same as above, it will definitely be included when the next Geo-Filter update goes out
  20. If you have Ping Assist disabled as well then cover Japan entirely as well and then see if it works better. They use relay servers which can get you games outside your radius, apparently by covering Japan it prevents that happening
