Constant Disconnects, both web page and dumOS fail to load
Netduma Fraser replied to Beers's topic in Netduma R2 Support
When it happens again and it does load up again please grab the logs from the System Information page. When did it start to happen approximately? -

Disable Adblocker on the router, does that resolve it? -
Could you provide the entire VPN log please?

Glad to hear it's working now, I'll close the topic - thanks for providing an update!

You're not able to set a polygon unless it's a shape, if it's just a line it won't let you so I agree it shouldn't be a problem and I don't know how you've managed to make it happen, if you have any ideas let us know how to reproduce it and we can sort it

Based on how you have your Geo-Filter set, you're on the custom mode but haven't drawn any areas to have allowed servers so you're essentially not filtering currently, filter and then it should work.

I think it's become outdated again, I have let the team know

That's unlikely, should be something we can fix via the cloud but we're taking a look

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.540
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You'll need to connect the phone to the factory WiFi details for your specific router (I don't know what it is - it's specific to each person), then use the DumaOS app to login to the interface - default login credentials are admin / password -
Zoom in all the way, then click the pen icon then try to click the line and the option to delete should appear

Congestion Control and Ping Optimizer not working
Netduma Fraser replied to LilEnri's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Okay that's almost certainly why you can't lower the bufferbloat very well as the R3 isn't able to control the vast majority of the network, anything above it will pull bandwidth and priority away. For the ideal setup ALL devices should be connected to the R3 -

Your PC is connected to the R3 but are all devices in your home connected to the R3 or is everything other than your PC connected to the fritz? -

Congestion Control and Ping Optimizer not working
Netduma Fraser replied to LilEnri's topic in Netduma R3 Support
What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? Where are you testing bufferbloat? We're aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable currently and looking into it, in the meantime change it manually to achieve the same effects. -

Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Yes in Speedtest > Advanced Okay great so was it just the WiFi then that has the lower speeds? If so adjust the channels/widths manually to see if it can be improved -
They're still looking into that issue currently but can confirm the firmware won't fix it specifically unfortunately. Yeah you can go back for now that's absolutely fine

Let us know how you get on

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.540
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You've set the speeds on the R3 to 1000/1000 presumably? Did you do the speed test via WiFi or via ethernet connected to the Asus? -

Glad you were able to sort out your Geo-Filter issue. For speeds, ignore the inbuilt speed test and manually input your expected/paid for speeds. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Do you have ALL devices connected to the R3 or some still connected to the ISP modem/router?
