  1. It is an issue we know about and a fix will be in the next version. You can try the above, also disabling SmartBOOST fully can help from reports we've had. It shouldn't be too much longer for an update.
  2. We know what the issue is and it will be fixed for the next version. In the meantime disable IPv6 in LAN & WAN Settings and see if that helps prevent it
  3. That will be why you're getting the packet loss then. Re-upgrade then factory reset once it has complete and see if that works better.
  4. They do all appear to be in Poland so that's good: 34.116.131.48 34.116.225.17 34.118.45.42 34.116.232.68
  5. That's brilliant thanks! Presumably the servers showing in Spain should be Oklahoma and vice versa?
  6. Thank you, I'll pass it onto the team. In the meantime could you disable IPv6 in LAN & WAN Settings please and see if that helps at all?
  7. Thank you for the logs, if you've reserved IPs for all your devices go ahead and disable DHCP completely and see if that helps please
  8. Could you disable IPv6 in LAN & WAN Settings and see if it works then please?
  9. Make sure you're using the .41 firmware (not sure if you mistyped) as it should be resolved on that firmware https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  10. In WAN Settings on the XR set NAT from Secured to Open and see if that helps please
  11. Resync the Geo-Filter cloud in the Geo-Filter Map menu then see if you have the option please
  12. There is no specific way to be notified, you'll just see it as an option on Geo-Filter or Traffic Prio for example
  13. There aren't many servers in your region, just in UAE area I think so it wouldn't help you get any other low ping servers so I'm not sure how much you would benefit. Best thing to do is just to get it from a good source where you can return it for a refund if it doesn't work as you want
  14. Stop working in what sense, the settings revert, it stops prioritizing, throttling etc? Could you expand on the UI being inconsistent etc? As above it's up to NG on that, I suspect part of it is to prevent the whole customer base downloading and if there was a major brick issue for example it prevents a wide spread issue
  15. What is the DumaOS router you're using? Where are you checking the NAT type?
  16. Not specifically no but I'll chase the team to get it added as soon as possible
  17. I know we started dabbling with a reporting system on the interface, I'll make a request for that again but we'd always have to double check reports before making them permanent
  18. Sign up here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1J6_HsakqnRL6GG3nT-3BGuZkakqsikkn7cFNsSY5hz4/viewform?edit_requested=true and when available you'll get access
  19. Get it so it appears like the screenshot above, then disable the filter, does that then allow you to connect to that server faster?
  20. That's brilliant thank you, I will pass it onto the team to get the locations corrected.
  21. Okay thank you, I think from what you said it's an issue that has been fixed for the next version so shouldn't happen again once that is available. Give the devices having an issue a static/reserved IP and see if that helps please
  22. If you let us know the issues you're having I'm sure we can help
  23. Set the download/upload Congestion Control to 70% each and see if that helps please
  24. We haven't added it yet but when we do we can add it to the other routers via a cloud update
  25. That's actually the part of the QoS page I'm least interested in, Congestion Control & Traffic Prioritization if you could show how they're setup please.
