  1. You can see how it works here:
  2. The previous router you used should have a maximum of two MAC addresses, they'd be printed on the label on the underside of it
  3. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode What percentages are you using?
  4. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  5. You can disable it on the Geo-Filter Map, currently if you reboot it will re-enable but we'll change that.
  6. If you email [email protected] we can send you a confirmation
  7. They won't be turned off for the router, the Geo-Filter allows you to connect to servers that are available, if the game doesn't prompt that connection then it can't force something that isn't there if you see what I mean. Do you ever get that server with the Geo-Filter disabled but where you can still see servers? If you can't then it's definitely not the router as it has no restrictions on the games you can join.
  8. You are going to get a lot of packets as it's real time communication. If you're playing single player the ping isn't going to matter really. It's possible you're being lag compensated. Try forcing servers with a slightly higher ping and see if that gives you a better experience. I'd just be speculating, could be they have packet loss or doesn't have an Open NAT etc.
  9. Some servers are quite hard to force as they don't appear to be online all the time unfortunately
  10. We'll update it on Heatmap but it won't affect your ability to use the Geo-Filter to connect to them
  11. I'm not sure, it'll likely be in their knowledgebase, otherwise if you contact them they should be able to provide them
  12. Quite possibly yes, if you could provide some data for us by following this that would really help: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51505-adding-new-games-and-applications-to-dumaos/
  13. Yes that's right
  14. That was just an example of what it would look like, that's what you'll need to obtain from HMA
  15. Zoom all the way out on the map, do you see anything else allowed at all?
  16. It's saying your authorisation has failed, can you just double check the user/pass you're using is correct? If not provide the config you're using please
  17. That's correct yes, there are quite a few unknowns though, in Device Manager remove all offline devices and make sure the ones with names do have an IP/check them against the IPs on the devices with DHCP enabled first
  18. Give it a reboot and that should allow you to access again
  19. It definitely seems to be the issue for the workaround I gave you so assuming you've set all the static IPs, disable DHCP entirely and see if that helps please
  20. It's doing a lot of DHCP lease renewals for some reason, if you set the lease to 10000, apply, reboot, does the CPU issue come back?
  21. Access your ISP modem/router, put it in either bridge mode or modem mode. Alternatively you can set the R3 in its DMZ using the IP it gives the R3 (you can also find this IP on the R3 WAN page)
  22. Do you have a PC or another device that you can try to access it via ethernet? Can you access using the DumaOS mobile app?
  23. That'll be in the firmware coming, you can see that here: https://netduma.com/terms
