There is a recommend button if you click the 3 dots top right of one of the posts in this topic but not a mark as solution button. Never knew that email went out!

congestion control not work with waveform
Netduma Fraser replied to justin peryea's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Thanks, I'll research and come back to you -
No worries at all, that's good information, I'll pass it on to the team to have a look.

congestion control not work with waveform

Nothing on that label that indicates the model, if you have a look on the interface itself can you get any more information on the model? -
All looks good on waveform there, as long as you have Congestion Control active you won't get anywhere near a max ping like that.
-
That's probably why, remove them and try again
-
Do try the above, we have seen that helps generally
-
Do you still have the port forwarding enabled on modem and XR500?
-
Are you noticing any issues that line up with these entries at all?
-
The team are working on the more pressing issues that people have reported so it won't be fixed in the next one but we'll definitely be getting it fixed
-
I just replied to your other topic with the exact same video above!
-
Exactly as above, sorry we can't help on this one!
-
Your PC can't open the file, you need to access the router interface, go to Settings > Troubleshooting > Upload firmware and do it there
-
There is an in depth video here that I think will help you a lot:
-
Correct, it's a NG feature, I don't think they'll be updating that. You can likely achieve the same affect for HTTPS using the Adblocker instead
-
Interesting, not seen that before - did you have anything else plugged into the same extender as the R3 potentially?
-
I don't have any/haven't used any for a long time but if you still have the XR1000 you can put that in AP mode and that would be a good setup!
-
NAT Type 2 is open, it just means you're connected to a router as opposed to a pure modem
-
No the port forwarding on both isn't necessary, the DMZ on the modem should be fine. If not then set NAT to Open in WAN Settings on the XR500
-
It is the details you use to login to the interface normally - admin / password is the default if you didn't change it
-
No specific recommendations on APs, any should work really!
