  1. What settings are you looking for? The only specific settings for your country would be where you place your Geo-Filter location/radius
  2. The above or press the power button on the back of the router or in Settings > Troubleshooting
  3. Something isn't necessarily wrong, Ping Heatmap is based on our testing and what the game pings initially when you start it up - it's all potential servers. It is up to them though what servers they use, they may use that one as an overflow servers in particularly busy periods for example. If you never connect to it with the Geo disabled that's likely the case.
  4. I find that one to be a bit hard to do sometimes, try nmrpflash as people have more luck with that
  5. Check the ping on the Geo-Filter and in game when it happens, that'll give us a better idea of what is happening. You'll likely need to upgrade to the latest and that will help: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  6. Are you seeing the server available on the map at all? If you disable the Geo-Filter do you ever connect to that server?
  7. We don't give out any ETAs, the next update will have a lot of fixes that's why its taking longer. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  8. As above, re-enable SmartBOOST and then you can adjust it
  9. It is actually fine, the bottom graph is the one you want to focus on, it's really stable and no red indicating no packet loss. All good in my opinion!
  10. The Geo-Filter shows connections that the game tries to make, if it's not showing then either the server is under load/not available at that time or perhaps they no longer have servers in that location
  11. Disabling any core network feature in settings can cause you to disconnect briefly but it should reconnect you, if not reboot and should work then
  12. I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634
  13. I think maybe there is a misconception here, just because you're the host doesn't mean you'll have a really low ping - you still need to connect to that person so your ping will be higher relative to their location
  14. I think maybe there is a misconception here, just because you're the host doesn't mean you'll have a really low ping - you still need to connect to that person so your ping will be higher relative to their location
  15. Are you seeing the ping spike in game or on the Geo-Filter or both?
  16. That's awesome, well done!
  17. Great to hear! As above, we are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  18. Upgrade to this firmware https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/ then try again and it should be much better
  19. Upgrade to the latest here and then see if you still have the issue please: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  20. Give the router a reboot, wait 4 minutes and it should work then
  21. Settings > WAN > Advanced I believe
  22. We don't give out any ETAs but we've been working on it for a little while now so I doubt it'll be much longer
  23. If you just refresh the page does the interface work again?
  24. Thanks for that, we've done a lot of work for the next one on the initial startup / setup wizard phase so hopefully that will resolve it
  25. I don't have an ETA because we're still trying to nail down some issues but it will be in the next one for sure
