  1. It is something we're looking into and should be fixed shortly. In the meantime if you have one device connected on 2.4 and the other on 5GHz it should work correctly
  2. Good to hear! What app version are you on? You should be able to check on the phone settings or the app store for it
  3. Yes you've done that correctly
  4. I would just suggest prioritizing gaming as above, all other devices will be fine, you don't need to prioritize them. If you prioritized everything then effectively nothing would be prioritized if you see what I mean.
  5. Thank you for the report, it YT, FB & GC what you were using at the time then when you noticed the incorrect reporting of usage? What is the model of the phone?
  6. That doesn't make any sense really, I don't know why it would result in that behavior, I will pass it onto the team to try to reproduce. Thanks for the report!
  7. Fortnite is one of those games where it is difficult to force, do a factory reset as that should help make .41 more effective. The only way you'll be able to filter it is with Geo-Latency enabled, it won't work with it disabled, make sure the other settings above are done and see if it is any better.
  8. If you disable Steady Ping does the ping graph show up more often for the game?
  9. Forget about DMZ, bridge mode etc for the moment, could you provide pictures of how you have the Gigabox and R3 connected to each other?
  10. You don't have to put your existing modem in bridge mode, it will work without doing that but it is advised. Alternatively you can put it in the DMZ on your modem instead. Yes we offer 1 working day shipping from our website to Serbia. I would recommend you familiarise yourself with customs restrictions just in case you need to pay.
  11. When did it start happening, after updating, changing settings etc?
  12. We are working on improving the WiFi. If you reboot the router does it then work? Weren't going to work in what sense? Those tests aren't based on what your connection is like at the time, it's just a test from the internet to your PC and how it would handle bufferbloat if your connection was completely saturated. It's essentially a test that is providing results on a potential scenario, not the current scenario. It will be shipped with the correct power adapter for the country/region. Great to hear you're getting it! You can use 1000 yes
  13. I've not seen that before, it must be a misreading if you do have internet
  14. That's great to hear. We'll be working to make that show up more reliably.
  15. Not that I am aware of, you would need something like the services you described that actually provide better routing to game servers. Try searching for general gaming VPNs as they probably will do this and therefore will be easier to use with HVPN.
  16. Ahh I see thank you, I will pass that onto the team to have a look at
  17. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  18. If you click ok does the error return? What router/firmware version are you on?
  19. Thank you for the suggestions, I doubt to be honest that we'd make a map for it as it's a lot of work when you could just have a saved list. I will add your suggestions to the list.
  20. As I mentioned there is no 3.2, there is only the .68 firmware you have access to. You can see from here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress that the latest available is 3.0 and we're porting 3.2
  21. I replied to your topic
  22. I think it's highlighting it so you can copy it easier and then paste it somewhere to send as working with files may be harder on mobile. So if you do that and paste it here we can have a look
  23. Good to hear, do keep us updated if it happens again
  24. All your settings are fine
  25. If it's working in DHCP then the TP is handling PPPoE even when in bridge so you don't need the R3 to handle it
