  1. The upgrade steps are in the firmware topic but you can't open the file on the PC Go to the Netduma R3 user interface on your PC/laptop. Navigate to >Settings >Troubleshooting and then click Upload Firmware. Choose the file and then upload it. You'll need to wait a few minutes for the upload to complete..
  2. I do understand the issue, unplug the router from power for 24 hours, plug in, then wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if you can get internet. It may seem excessive but we have seen routers come back to life doing this.
  3. That's what it is for our range of routers, routerlogin.net/192.168.1.1 is for the XR range
  4. So try http://192.168.77.1 or http://dumaos That makes absolutely no sense, it's just uninstalling the app from the phone not uninstalling the router software. What firmware version are you on currently?
  5. Is that how you've been trying to access it? It's via 192.168.77.1 or dumaos Do you require PPPoE/VLAN/DHCP Identifiers to get internet?
  6. It may be the ethernet cable you're using to connect the PC to the R3 is faulty, do you have another you can try with?
  7. Are you connecting via WiFi? If so and you changed the WiFi settings you'd need to reconnect to the WiFi with the new credentials. Also if you changed the interface login credentials you'd need to login with those new details as well.
  8. Thanks for that, can you set the DHCP lease to 10,000 minutes and give the PS a static/reserved IP please and see if that resolves it?
  9. It'll be a coincidence as regardless of the DumaOS version you can't influence where players connect
  10. I can't reproduce that so I think it must be resolved in the next one. Thanks for the link, I'll check it out!
  11. Are you able to access the interface via a web browser when you get this error? It's just an app for changing settings, it wouldn't impact anything just by uninstalling it
  12. Is your web browser set to clear cache/cookies every time you close a tab/browser? Did you bookmark the interface page when you were doing the tour and then use that bookmark to access? What is the exact DNS?
  13. I don't give out/have any ETAs, the disconnect issue is something we're working on to ensure people don't get it going forward
  14. Yes you will and this issue is fixed in it
  15. You only need to do one DMZ, that's probably where it's going a bit weird. The R3 WAN IP into the DMZ on Verizon, that's it
  16. The ticketing system isn't active if you mean the one done by the chat option on the support.netduma.com page, also best not to PM as I get loads so always best to make a topic as I'll always reply. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  17. Is there anything else appearing on the map at all zoomed out?
  18. Where did you try to reach us other than here? Could you take it off and have a look at the connector and provide a picture please?
  19. That's impossible, it passes all traffic through to the router. Can you provide a screenshot of where it says offline please?
  20. Changing MTU would not have an affect on your gaming. As long as the value you've set isn't fragmenting then you're good. Even if I knew what the MTU for the servers were which I don't (I've never looked into the ability to check a server MTU value but I'm certain you would need to get a ping response from them which for most servers they block) setting them to be the same wouldn't do anything.
  21. The above link should work, for the Geo-Filter: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  22. Exactly as above! I also don't know what they would be using personally on their side of things
  23. They will be servers but just misclassified as peers, not to worry, it's just visual!
  24. Do you have the full logs I could take a look at?
