  1. That one will be an authentication server but thanks for the ID I will get that moved. I wonder if because it's connecting you to the close auth server whether that is overwriting the settings that you want to play in the US - obviously there will a big ping difference which is probably why it is happening. You shouldn't be able to but if you try to deny that server does it work?
  2. Make sure you have speed test bypass disabled then start at 95%, do a test, go down by 10%, test, rinse repeat until you get to a good value then try 5% either side of that
  3. This is my 2cents, I don't have complete information: We try to optimize our software as much as we possibly can - hence why we'll be able to run DumaOS 4 that was developed on the R3 on the older R2. Other companies may not have this level of software optimization. I suspect the power of WiFi etc then requires more powerful hardware to sustain it Probably marketing! In a competitive landscape saying you have 10000Gbps WiFi for example stands out, while technically true/capable rarely anyone will see that benefit
  4. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  5. Thank you as always!
  6. I responded in your other topic but it's likely that username is not the one to access the interface
  7. You already have it
  8. This is the username for the interface, it's unlikely that you've set your email for this? By default it is admin / password you would have been able to change it in the wizard when you initially setup but it's unlikely you made the username that long
  9. If you're unable to connect to the server ever with the Geo-Filter disabled then it is likely that the server is not always available to be connected to/is used as an overflow server so it won't necessarily be possible to connect with the Geo-Filter either. The Geo-Filter helps you to force servers but those servers have to be open to you connecting to them.
  10. Please make a topic for your issue and we can help you there. Also include an ipconfig there. Can't see your pictures either
  11. You hadn't requested, you have access now
  12. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  13. No drawbacks, the PC service itself likely needs updating. Is the device being prioritized at the time/do you see traffic for it in Network Monitor? Did you put the PC in the DMZ by any chance?
  14. Based on your posts you would be outside the return period now
  15. added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  16. All info is here https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  17. Use the Simple radius instead, does it work as expected then? Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing please?
  18. I've responded to you via email - the amount was mentioned in the original email with the return details
  19. It's not available yet, when it is we'll let people know
  20. I responded to you via email
  21. Correct, when the connection fails there will be information there about why, if I see that I'll have a better idea
  22. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
