  1. Upgrade to this firmware https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/ then try again and it should be much better
  2. Upgrade to the latest here and then see if you still have the issue please: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  3. Give the router a reboot, wait 4 minutes and it should work then
  4. Settings > WAN > Advanced I believe
  5. We don't give out any ETAs but we've been working on it for a little while now so I doubt it'll be much longer
  6. If you just refresh the page does the interface work again?
  7. Thanks for that, we've done a lot of work for the next one on the initial startup / setup wizard phase so hopefully that will resolve it
  8. I don't have an ETA because we're still trying to nail down some issues but it will be in the next one for sure
  9. That'll be on the mobile app I think, it will be available in the next main firmware
  10. It depends how much your ping fluctuates on average. The simple mode adds around 8ms so if your ping fluctuates by more than that it's worth switching to expert
  11. Just put 20 in the VLAN option and save
  12. You can't guarantee that low a ping all the time. There are many variables to networking even outside your control. Honestly the ping you have is great, you can't really get better than that. If you're playing on the same servers then the ping shouldn't change. That just depends on whether you want it to ping automatically without you clicking on the server.
  13. You can disable IPv6 without issue that's fine, won't do much if you don't use IPv6
  14. That might be the best you can get on that test, do the same but with this test while downloading to simulate a busy network https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
  15. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. It depends on the quality of the server as to how well it will play, you may not have the best routing to it or it could just be under load at that time. Basically you can't guarantee every game will be perfect
  16. Okay so skip the wizard, then in Settings on the R3 you can setup VLAN and that should then allow you to get internet
  17. Yes it still works - you don't need to be on the interface for any of the features to work
  18. Start at 95% then test, decrease by 10%, test, etc until you get to a good value then try 5% either side of that value
  19. Sometimes the gateway address changes when using the bridge mode, either way you've made it like a modem towards the R3 which is probably why you lose connection. What do you mean by R/M? What do you mean by the R3 old IP address - do you normally change it? So 192.168.77.1 isn't working?
  20. The game/console will periodically communicate with servers, that is why it is being picked up. If the console was fully off it would stop
  21. Geo-Latency can allow for servers to be connected to outside the radius so if you don't want that then you'd need to disable it. The next update will be a big one and they should be more frequent after that.
  22. Okay that won't be it then, do you have ALL devices connected to the R3? What firmware version are you on?
  23. Okay thanks I'll pass it on to the team!
  24. I don't know what that means specifically, can you clarify?
  25. You can yes, if you factory reset though it's likely the IP you entered into the DMZ will change so either double check and re-enter if necessary or on the hub set the R3 to have that IP as static/reserved so it never changes
