  1. Upgrade to the beta firmware, it's more likely to work on that one, if it doesn't it requires a cloud update, nothing to do on your side
  2. I'm good thanks, hope you are too. To force servers you need to do the following: It's essential the Geo-Filter is enabled before the game client (e.g. Steam etc) if on PC or platform (e.g. Xbox, PlayStation) or the game have been launched. If you change Geo-Filter settings when you're on the game then you will need to restart the game for those changes to take effect, otherwise it will use the previous Geo-Filter settings and appear not to be working. For settings ensure Ping Assist is disabled & Strict Mode is enabled in the Geo-Filter menu that can be found by clicking icon. Fast Search should also be disabled which it is by default so can be ignored if you haven't changed it, otherwise this can be found in the same place.
  3. 535 is the DumaOS version but you're not actually on the beta version, that would be .134
  4. Port forward that port then, for whatever reason something is preventing it triggering. If you're leaving your device on standby most of the time that could be why.
  5. As mentioned it's to do with the cloud, not the firmware, I've asked the team about getting it updated. Again, for a console, the specific game should not be selected, as you can see gaming and the console have activity is detected which is expected, it would not show for the Frostbite option.
  6. That's here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535 No you should stay in beta. It would be a cloud update that is needed, you don't need to do anything, when we've done it your router would update that aspect automatically
  7. Resync the cloud on Heatmap, if it's not updating I'll have to check with the team to see if they updated the cloud for the XR, if not they'll have to do that. When you add your PS5 add with the Games Console option and it will prioritize, you should do that for a console, not pick a specific game
  8. Are you on the beta version for the XR500? By create new rule are you talking about Traffic Prioritization? If so add your PC as a console and it will prioritize the game still.
  9. If you've isolated it to WiFi then there isn't really much else to try, you've made both physical and software changes with little effect so the only things I can suggest at this point are: Moving the router closer to you Replacing the antenna in case they've become damaged/faulty, you could use this opportunity to upgrade them Contact NTGR as WiFi is their hardware/software so they may have additional advice
  10. You could use Steady Ping Expert Mode to apply a heavier delay but that won't always work as it won't always be able to stabilize the connection. Otherwise set Congestion Control to 100%, prioritize any other devices over your gaming device may help but as you can imagine the purpose is to do the opposite no not much else to specifically make it worse
  11. We're aware Ping Optimizer isn't 100% reliable currently and we're looking to fix that for the next version. In the meantime you can adjust Congestion Control manually to achieve the same effect which can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  12. I haven't got a proper response yet, the team have been really busy but I don't think it's likely to be honest
  13. I think it has been updated we just didn't change the name so we'll change that so just use FC25 for FC26
  14. Exactly as above though I'm not sure if they have a DMZ option, you might have to use port forwarding instead in which case do 1-65535 TCP/UDP
  15. When you connect to the game server it just tries to do a standard ping to the server IP address, after a few moments where it determines that your ping is roughly this value it then applies the additional ping delay and becomes stabilized. It is very cool! It doesn't work 100% of the time unfortunately as a lot of game servers now reject pings so if we don't know the ping we can't apply a proper delay.
  16. The AI summary there isn't correct, if you're still getting games with the exact same settings then it wouldn't be blocking anything. Are you getting the exact same ping? If so the relay hop also doesn't track, especially if you're seeing the server within your radius. Over the years FC has by far the worse track record of any game in terms of people being able to get consistent games regardless of the router they're using
  17. Resync the cloud now I think it may be active now, see if its any better then please
  18. Do you have multiple consoles/devices on your network that you or someone else game on that could be gaming at different times/the same time?
  19. No way to set it to have a specific bandwidth specifically but check you're using Congestion Control (Ping Optimizer > Advanced) and that SmartBOOST isn't prioritizing media/streaming content
  20. The Dublin server will just be for authentication, it won't actually be a game server. The Oklahoma location showing up a lot will be resolved in the cloud update this week
  21. Do this instead: Quit the application/game/client completely - including the game client from the System Tray - important! Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give the PC the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client It's essential the Geo-Filter is enabled before the game client or the game have been launched. If you change Geo-Filter settings when you're on the game then you will need to restart the game for those changes to take effect, otherwise it will use the previous Geo-Filter settings and appear not to be working.
  22. I don't believe the cloud has reached full rollout yet so once that's done you should notice an improvement
  23. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  24. I think you may have to do a factory reset then in order to clear it and get access to those features again. Initiate the reset via the interface (Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase), close the tab, wait 4 minutes, then access and go through the Setup Wizard and see if it works after that please.
  25. I can't find much on that model, presumably it doesn't have WiFi is that right? I've not seen anyone for awhile mention this issue, could you do a factory reset whenever you get the chance and see if it works normally after that please?
