  1. I did post this in a reply about a week ago in a topic: Here is a rough change log so you can get an idea of what it includes. As you can see it's quite a beefy update, hence why it took longer than the previous ones. Addition of Hybrid VPN Improved SmartBOOST performance Various frontend improvements Fix for memory leak (sometimes manifesting as being unable to access the interface) Potential fix for "frequent disconnects" issue Chromecast and local transfers fixed (this is the WiFi bug where devices can't communicate with each other when they're connected to the same WiFi band e.g. 2.4/2.4GHz) Fix for "No Internet Detected" bug in Setup Wizard IPv6 PPPoE now works with SmartBOOST Ping Optimizer reliability improvements UPnP Improvements
  2. The steps I mentioned previously did they not help in the 1st screenshot scenario as looks like it's working fine in the last picture with the host in your radius as it should be
  3. I'll pass it onto the team as a request
  4. Yes but what is the R3 connected to to get internet exactly? I need to ascertain the full scope of your physical setup. Is it an ONT, ethernet port in the wall (if so does this come from a apartment complex router etc), ISP modem/router?
  5. There is a more up to date one here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  6. If that works best for you then great! New firmware shouldn't be too long now
  7. Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
  8. I think you'll need to do that from the main Telstra interface, likely in LAN or DHCP settings. Check what IP the device has at that time and just use that same IP for static/reserved. This should help you do that: https://www.purevpn.com/blog/how-to-set-up-a-static-ip-address-with-telstra/#Setting_up_your_static_IP_address_with_Telstra
  9. Does it feel like a 150ms game? If you disable the Geo-Filter while on that game does the ping return to normal? Are you using Steady Ping?
  10. Do you mean the ethernet cable just comes out of the wall and into the R3 or do you have a modem/ONT? What about Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced?
  11. What firmware version are you on currently? Are you rebooting by pulling the power? What web browser/device are you using to access and change? What does the icon for the server in London look like?
  12. Ah okay interesting, give both devices a static/reserved IP address, make sure the device name is the one you have reserved then add the rules, do they persist after the two days?
  13. What rules are you making specifically?
  14. Did you upload the wrong clip? It's very short to see what you described. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode How have you configured Congestion Control/SmartBOOST and the Geo-Filter?
  15. At least in the UK it's a national holiday here due to Easter so I suspect still a lot of people gaming at the moment
  16. What's the Verizon modem model? Then I can research it and see what else can be done
  17. Great thank you, I'll pass them on to Alex
  18. Okay but in the next picture it is showing for PC?
  19. There isn't anything specifically that would cause that between firmware, in fact it should be better on this one. Did you factory reset after the upgrade?
  20. Is this on the Geo-Filter or in game? What does the R3 say the ping is? What ping does the game feel like?
  21. I know you did a hardware factory reset previously but can you do so from the interface instead in Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase. When you've started it close the interface tab completely, wait 4 minutes then try to access and see if you get the errors please
  22. Were you playing on both devices at the same time there?
  23. Hard to say what it could be, either a local congestion issue though you would expect more spikes or a lag spike from the game server itself which seems more likely given the stability of the ping. Try another server when that happens
  24. It is fixed in the next firmware, shouldn't be long until it is available
