  1. No worries at all, that's good information, I'll pass it on to the team to have a look.
  2. Nothing on that label that indicates the model, if you have a look on the interface itself can you get any more information on the model?
  3. All looks good on waveform there, as long as you have Congestion Control active you won't get anywhere near a max ping like that.
  4. That's probably why, remove them and try again
  5. You've just said though the game will not put you in local games at all due to your skill so it doesn't sound like it's going to be a guarantee the Geo-Filter can put you on them - the game still has to accept your connection to the server
  6. Do try the above, we have seen that helps generally
  7. Do you still have the port forwarding enabled on modem and XR500?
  8. I'd suggest factory resetting after the update as there is likely a big jump and remnants of the previous versions might be causing you issues
  9. Are you noticing any issues that line up with these entries at all?
  10. The team are working on the more pressing issues that people have reported so it won't be fixed in the next one but we'll definitely be getting it fixed
  11. I just replied to your other topic with the exact same video above!
  12. Exactly as above, sorry we can't help on this one!
  13. Your PC can't open the file, you need to access the router interface, go to Settings > Troubleshooting > Upload firmware and do it there
  14. There is an in depth video here that I think will help you a lot:
  15. Correct, it's a NG feature, I don't think they'll be updating that. You can likely achieve the same affect for HTTPS using the Adblocker instead
  16. Interesting, not seen that before - did you have anything else plugged into the same extender as the R3 potentially?
  17. I don't have any/haven't used any for a long time but if you still have the XR1000 you can put that in AP mode and that would be a good setup!
  18. NAT Type 2 is open, it just means you're connected to a router as opposed to a pure modem
  19. No the port forwarding on both isn't necessary, the DMZ on the modem should be fine. If not then set NAT to Open in WAN Settings on the XR500
  20. It is the details you use to login to the interface normally - admin / password is the default if you didn't change it
  21. No specific recommendations on APs, any should work really!
  22. It's on the XR500 System Information page, right in the middle panel. The 0.6 address might be it but just double check on System Information and put that in the DMZ/Exposed host function on the modem
  23. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  24. If you could make a new topic and include logs from Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced when it happens we can take a look
  25. It'll be on the ISP modem/router LAN/DHCP settings, all you need to do is add reservation for the R3 and give it the IP it has already/the one it the ISP router DMZ
